Vevor Vevor's 4500 PSI PCP Compressor: Defective Product and Worthless Warranty

I recently bought a 4500 PSI - PCP compressor from Vevor's website. It took a reasonable amount of time to arrive, and I was excited to start using it. However, after using it sparingly and following the manufacturer's instructions to a "t", the compressor started shutting down intermittently before reaching the cutout pressure. I was disappointed and contacted Vevor right away since the issue occurred well within the one-year warranty period. I asked for a replacement or an exchange.

However, Vevor strung me along and asked for numerous photos documenting the issue. I provided them with what they asked for, but they only offered me a $20 refund as a token settlement so that I could "get it fixed locally". Unfortunately, no one locally would work on it, stating that "it is a throwaway compressor". I contacted Vevor again and told them what I was told by the repair facility. They then offered me $40 as a token adjustment. I responded as I had before, requesting either a replacement or an exchange.

To my dismay, ONE DAY AFTER the warranty expired, I received a follow-up email from Vevor stating, and I quote, "We believe this is the best offer that we made since the item has been used for a long time". I was extremely frustrated and replied that this was unacceptable and requested the same thing as I had previously, replacement or an exchange. However, I received no response from Vevor.

After this exchange, I contacted Visa, the charge card that I used for the purchase, and filed a claim. Unfortunately, Visa denied the claim stating; "Regretfully, your claim is not eligible for payment for the following reason(s): The item failure occurred outside of the coverage period." In other words, the initial problems occurred during the manufacturer's stated one-year warranty period, which the manufacturer failed to honor, and so Visa managed to weasel their way out of the claim as well. As a result, I am now stuck with a defective compressor and am out of pocket by Three Hundred Dollars and change.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Vevor to think twice. In my experience, their product (at least in this case) is inferior, and their warranty is not worth the price of the paper that it's printed on. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but I hope that my review will help others avoid making the same mistake.

Vevor Avoid Vevor at all costs - Terrible quality, non-existent customer service, false advertising, and refusal to refund

I recently made a purchase from Vevor, a $1500 electric beauty bed for my business. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing. The bed I received was of extremely poor quality, with shoddy materials and workmanship. After only a few uses, the electrics stopped working, and I discovered that the bed was full of ill-fitting, inferior parts. Bolt holes were out of place, plastic was used where there should have been metal, and the bed arrived filthy and covered in grime. Worst of all, the bed was completely unstable and unsafe for use.

When I contacted Vevor to report these issues, they demanded that I send them videos and photos of the problems. I complied with their request, but was then told that I would have to fix the item myself with a part they would send. I was extremely unhappy with this demand, as I have no experience fixing items like this. To make matters worse, they never even sent the part they promised, and instead continued to lie and delay, blaming COVID and delivery issues for months on end.

After months of dealing with their lies and storing the useless bed, I finally requested a full refund, citing the laws under which they are obligated to provide one. However, Vevor continued to refuse my request, claiming that I had "used the item for months". This was despite the fact that I had been unable to use the bed due to its defects, and that they had known about the issues for months and had failed to remedy them.

Their latest offer to me was a 50% discount on a new bed, which I found insulting. I have no desire to purchase another useless item from them, let alone give them more money. They continue to refuse any refund at all, and their "best offer" is for me to get the bed repaired by a local repairman and "if it is in our acceptable range". However, I have had the bed looked at by a professional, who informed me that it is not worth repairing due to the numerous defects.

To make matters worse, the bed is covered by a 12-month warranty, which Vevor confirmed via email. However, they also stated that the warranty only covers 30 days, which is false advertising. This issue is still ongoing, and I have even consulted with lawyers in my family who are now commencing legal action against this horrible company to recover my $1500.

In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Vevor to avoid this company at all costs. Their products are of extremely poor quality, and their customer service is non-existent. I have had a terrible experience with them, and I would hate for anyone else to go through what I have.

Vevor Vevor Review: Terrible Customer Service and Scam Products

Vevor, oh boy, where do I even start? Let me tell you, this is not my first rodeo with them, but it will definitely be my last. I recently ordered a three-point quick hitch from them and boy, was I in for a surprise. The package arrived damaged beyond belief, and I was left with a hunk of scrap metal that was completely unusable. I immediately called their customer service number, hoping to get a replacement shipped out quickly, but boy was I wrong.

I have been through countless emails, texts, and phone calls with the same result - nothing. I have sent pictures at least three times that clearly show the damage, but it seems like no one at Vevor cares. I told the first representative that the unit was damaged beyond repair and unusable. I said I wanted a new one or a refund, but she said she needed to connect me to a technician for support. I was disconnected again. Since then, I have been offered $30 back. Are you kidding me? I guess I should hook up a couple of thousand pounds on this piece of junk? No worries, I saved thirty bucks. HAA, that's safe!

Next, I was told to take it to my local repair shop, and they would cover the fee. I'm not sure who fixes quick hitches that are damaged beyond repair? I am the local repair guy. It seems like basic terminology to me, but maybe not to all customer service representatives:

Damaged Beyond Repair = Cost of repair exceeds cost of replacement

Damaged Beyond Use = It is either unsafe to use or no longer performs the functions it was intended to perform without causing further damage or causing harm to oneself or others

I really expected a new item to be sent, but after some research during my experience, I learned what a scam Vevor is. I was lied to by representatives, and when I called them on it, they needed to transfer me, or I got disconnected. I bought a backhoe thumb from Vevor that I had to hammer, bend, and drill to fit. I never called to complain; I just made it work. I was missing parts in my chainsaw mill from Vevor. I didn't call then. My pallet forks from Vevor had no bolts for the bent cross brace. No call, but I made it work.

I am very disappointed in Vevor because it is not fun to be scammed. I guess if I called about the other junk products, I would have learned sooner, but I sure won't be using this site anymore now that I have learned this company slings someone else's junk parts and has no intention of standing behind them. I hope I save someone their hard-earned money! Spend your money with a reputable business and save yourself the headaches Vevor causes.

VEVOR Order #*** for a Refrigerated Bakery Display Case/Sandwich Cooler for a total cost of $725.20 was ordered on 9/10 with an expected delivery date of 9/172021 was not received until 10/1 after delay after delay with Fed-ex. Upon arrival, the box was partially crushed and ripped open. The unit's top and back were cracked and dislodged, glass was scratched the compressor area was dented and it was incapable of cooling (the entire purpose for the unit). I called Vevor time and time again about the issue but they never answer the phone and the mail box is full. The only time I ever get through into anything other than a full mailbox is during lunchtime where it says they are out of the officed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. I emailed them but the responses just say they will give $40/$50 but never respond to the request. On October 14th, I filed a claim with Fed-ex on my behalf as I could never get through to Vevor with any response. The claim number is *** with an original ship date of Sep 12, 2021 for the original tracking number of ***. The unit is completely destroyed and unusable and I still have the unit and all packing materials. Fed-ex would not accept the claim unless Vevor would respond to them or me and they are completely unreachable by phone and unhelpful via email. Fed-ex would pay for this claim if they would simply respond but they never answer or even seem to understand my question in English. All I need is a simple response and it is impossible. I am going to file a claim in small claims court if I can't get a response and ensure that I will leave negative reviews everywhere and anywhere so people know this company is not workable. It is now April, and still no luck. I am simply out of money and a defective piece or equipment is taking up my office space. I expected better from Vevor...dissapointing. I order a lot of equipment for my businesses, this is my second order and I regret it.

I purchased a vevor12 volt car refrigerator/cooler 53 ct. on July 11, 2022. I received it July 13. I used it July 14 and in the middle of the night it stopped working. I called *** on the morning of July 15 and she asked that I send her video of it not working to help them troubleshoot it. I sent it and was confirmed she received it. She asked that I wait 1-3 days for the service dept to look at it. I waited 5. Heard nothing so I texted *** and she told me once the service dept has it she and she doesn't get updates. I then placed an email to the company that same day. Got a response from *** stating to wait again. I told them to just send me a NEW power cord. Her response was that I could either wait 20 days for a new cord or she would compensate me $15 and I could seek out a professional store to help me. I emailed back and stated I would wait the 20 days. That takes us to August 9th. No cord and no communication with this company. I emailed them again stating I have NOT received my NEW cord therefore they can now just send me a NEW cooler. Her response was, " I'll give you 10 refund when it arrives,". I emailed back asking for an explanation of what that even means. She emailed back stating to ignore that email. I then asked again for a NEW power cord or a NEW cooler. She then responded back that they will compensate me $65 dollars to seek out a professional store to help me. I emailed back again stating NO, I should NOT have to figure out a resolution to an brand new cooler on my own nor do I have time to investigate where in the world I would get the UNIQUEpowercord from. Again told them to send me a NEW cord or NEW cooler. She then emails back and wants the bar code. I sent it. Then nothing again from them. I then did an online chat with a Brad 8/17. He wanted me to give him all details of my emails. I did. Sent him video. He emailsmeback telling me he will compensate me $30 to seek out aplace like amazon/ebay, I toldhimNO.

I ordered a gas pizza oven and a stainless-steel worktable. Prior to ordering I called the customer service number to state what I was ordering would be a Christmas present for the family and would not be opened until Christmas. I was told not a problem. We received the items a week later and put them away till Christmas. After the holiday was over we unpacked the table and assembled it without a problem. We then opened the pizza oven and took out everything in the box and read the instruction manual We needed to then buy a propane tank which we did on Jan 5, 2022 and attached it to the oven at which time we tried to light the oven. It would light but as soon as you let go of the knob it blew itself out. We tried and tried for days but the same thing kept happening. I contacted customer service at and spoke to ***. She instructed us to take pictures or videos and text them to her which I did. She the forwarded the issue to the supplier, I received an email from supplier on 1/14/22 stating to follow the attach video to help with issue. It showed to drop a piece of metal or small screw into the knob and reattach and try to light the oven. I asked how to remove the knob without damaging it, I received a message back instructing to pull it off. We did what they told us to do, and it did not help. I contacted *** at CS and also replied on email. Was told days later the knob is malfunctioning and the supplier will mail us a new knob from China which will take 2 weeks. We did package from China with 4 knobs in it 3 out of 4 did not work at all. One worked on and off, it takes numerous times trying to light the oven and keep it lit. I then tried to bake a pizza which totally burned as I could not adjust the flame lower as it would blow out. After several texts and emails requesting a new oven or a full refund I was told to try and get it fixed and they would reimburse me for it. I said I would not take it somewhere and I want refund.

Good afternoon, I purchased an ice machine from Vevor on December 23 and it has stopped working at the beginning of this month (working for almost 7 months). I have contacted Vevor lots of times for the warranty from August 6 till now. They asked me to send them pictures and videos and I did. I was asking them to send out a technician to fix the problem; however, they said that they were not able to do it and offered me a refund. Their offer was too low 15% and I did not agree with it. They increased their offer many times day after day to 30%, but I still did not accept it. They offered me 100% of a refund and when they processed the refund they changed it with the reason I have been using it for months; they told me to find a local repair first and they would pay for it if the price is reasonable. It is their responsibility to send a technician and negotiate the price with them, not mine. Please see the email attached; they stated that 'your machine won't work after a few months of use". they know that it will stop working in the next few months? They knew what was wrong with it. Then they offered me a 50% refund, but I did not accept it. They turned around telling me to buy the stuff to fix it. I am just a business woman, I do not know anything about this, but they told me to do these and those. It has been more than half a month already, but nothing has been solved. When I have a problem with a warranty appliance, I have just contacted the company I purchased from and they have everything taken care of right away within two business days. It is too much for me to deal with this company and it affects my business, time, money (I spent hundreds of dollars for ice bags), and health. It is just waste of time and nothing has been solved. It will not work out between us, so I decided to contact Complaintsboard.com for help. Please help me with this serious problem. I want my money back and they take the ice machine back. Thank you very much for your help.

Vevor I purchased a Vevor mug press on August 21, 2022 at a cost of $175.99

I purchased a Vevor mug press on August 21, 2022 at a cost of $175.99. Upon receiving the product, I tried to use the mug press for the 1st time and it was emitting smoke from one of the connectors; it was the connector that connected the heating element to the power source. I gave it a few minutes thinking whatever it was, it would maybe burn off and stop smoking. This however did not happen, For fear of starting a fire or short circuiting my home, I unplugged the mug press and reboxed it. My intent was to return for either a replacement or a full refund because it was obvious to me that this particular mug press was defective. I have been in customer service hell since I first contacted Vevor. I chatted with customer service and I was told they needed pictures and video of what is happening. I promptly replied NO, I will not risk burning my house down JUST to get a video. I did send pictures of the mug press that I bought and I showed the area from which the smoke was coming from. I sent the same pictures about 3 times to 3 different departments(or people). It seems as if they do not keep notes or communicate with each other. I asked for a full refund, I was told that they would refund me $100. What am I going to do with a Vevor paperweight? I asked for a return label and a full refund, the company came back to me and said they would refund me $30. This is absolute lunacy! All I wanted was either a replacement or my money back and a return label. Now, I don't even want a replacement, I need my $175.99 back, this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This company does NOT stand behind their products and do not value their customers. I own a Vevor hat press and I only bought the mug press from them because the hat press hasn't given any problems ( so far). I will NEVER purchase another Vevor product again. Vevor On Nov. 21, 2022 I purchased a pottery wheel from Vevor online store for $159.99 by credit card

On Nov. 21, 2022 I purchased a pottery wheel from Vevor online store for $159.99 by credit card. The order number for this transaction was ***. On Fri. Nov. 25, 2022, I received delivery of the product via UPS. The following day, upon opening the box it was shipped in, I found that the pottery wheel was damaged as it had not been packed properly. I have pics if necessary. The wheel was tilted off of its base and a large piece of the plastic ring that secured it to the base was broken off. As well, one of the large screws that secured the wheel to the base of the unit was protruding from the base and jamming the wheel, causing the wheel to be stuck in its tilted position. If they had packed the product with any kind of cushioned support between the wheel and base this probably would have shipped well but unfortunately there was no such support. As well, the shipping box had no markings saying 'This Way Up' or 'Fragile', which would have helped too. I immediately took pics and sent an email to Vevor support to request a shipping label to send back for a replacement but they sent me a reply saying they would send accessories ? in 12-15 days. Couldn't understand but got a bad feeling so I called Vevor (turned out to be just a call center) and told them I wanted to return product and get refund. They said they would pass message on to manufacturer who would handle this. Next day I received email offering me $30 refund and to keep product and resell it. I replied their policy was full refund for damaged product and wanted a full refund. They said their technician said I could keep it and they would send me accessories to fix it, and also refund me $30. I replied that their policy was a full refund within 30 days for damaged product and that I would file a complaint with Complaintsboard.com if they didn't honor this policy. Their reply was to offer me $50 refund and to keep the damaged product to sell or fix myself. I replied that I was going to file this complaint.

Vevor I recently purchased a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality

I recently purchased a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality. I purchased in March and began to use it in June when I started camping. Two months into the season my Fridge started throwing a F3 code. I ran through all the troubleshooting before calling customer service as well as emailing and having a message chat with a customer service rep. This has gone on for one month now, i have sent in pictures and video of how the fridge is operating. I asked that I have a tech call me as I handy and can walk through the instructions the give me for a fix. No one has called me, all I get from Vevor is notes that say take it to a repair shop and they will gladly pay for the repair. In my mind it is not my responsibility to repair a product that is 4 months old and has a defect. I have asked to have Vevor send me a new fridge and I will send back the one I have for them to find the issue. OR I have simply asked for my money back and I would send them my fridge. Crickets! Nothing from Vevor, no phone call, no email, nothing... So i have told Vevor that i am going to do what any customer that is getting the shaft from a large company like Vevor would do. Hit their customer service and their ability to stand by their product with bad press on Social Media. There is no other way to get their attention and i will continue to hit every website warning people of this companies inability to take care of merchandise that was $279. Follow up from Vevor Below: So this is the problem with Vevor, I have written 6 bad reviews on social media sights, the response i get back from Vevor is, We are so sorry, can you provide us more information, the invoice, a video, pictures. I have done all of this twice and nothing has happened. The complaintsboard.com need to do a full investigation on this company, there hundreds if not thousands of bad press on websites other than Vevor.com, which i believe all of their comments are fake.

Nature of the dispute is that from the very fist moment that I tried to use it the foot pedal never worked (they promise that comes with foot pedal able to realize 0-300 r/min stepless speed adjustment.) And I told them and it took a week for them to tell me that they will send me a foot pedal and it will arrive in 15-20 days and then I tried to work with it and the wheel head is not leveled so you can't work with that because clay needs to be in a straight wheel and I reached to them again and I told them that I'm losing days of my job because I bought it to work and they spent more days just telling me that I needed to send again videos of the pedal and the wheel even though I have already sent them videos of the pedal and photos of the wheel and now they want me to wait more than a month for each piece to arrive and I asked for my refund but they just say that I can message them again in 7-8 days for the tracking info for the parts but I can't wait because I need my wheel to work. I bought it with the e-mail ***@gmail.com, order *** and the tracking number is ***. They offer prompt exchange 30 day return policy and they just want to send parts that what I'm going to do if those parts also don't work? I'm going to lose more time and they will say that the 30 days policy is not valid anymore, they asked for videos 4 times,i just want my refund so I can buy a new wheel, this one is useless.

I purchased a pizza Dough roller and on the same day I changed my mind about the purchased and called to Cancel as I no longer wanted to purchase a pizza OVEN. To my surprise they ignored my cancellation and delivered the item. That is when the nightmares began. I told them to send me a label to return and that I was very disappointed them shipping out the item after my same day cancellation.. The representative sent me and email apologizing offering me $200.00 to keep the item. I stated I do not want the item and want my money... 14 exhaustive emails later, the rep was up to $400 to keep the item.. Again .. I stated I do not want the item and want my money refunded. I initiated a chargeback with my CC company.. Vevor appealed the chargeback LYING to my credit card company that they were unaware of the me ever cancelling and I refused to send back their product. WHAT LIARS! First of all you cannot return without a label and address, second I have documentation that I cancelled same day, thirdly I have documentation they offered me money to keep the product and stated they DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT BACK! My credit card company advised that I challenge the appeal and send in supporting documents at same time advised me one more time to reach out to them for a refund.. I took the advise of my CC company and gave them 72 hours to offer a FULL REFUND... They responded and offered me a refund of $600.00.. Knowing all the BS of the past 60 days and the work to challenge the appeal, I accepted the offer and closed the case with my credit card company. 30 days no refund.. I start to get the run around again... Finally today I receive an email response stating that because their appeal was successful they will not give me the refund we agreed to. The only reason their appeal was successful is because I closed the case after the $600 offer to resolve the matter. Now I have to go back and open up the case because this dishonest company cannot be trusted. I want my refund!

Vevor Online order

I placed an order on September 27th for two utility carts. I soon received a request for more money as they claimed an additional warehouse transfer was required. They then provided me a suspicious PayPal link to send money to. I requested that if this was an official item and fee, that they simply reissue an invoice. I received no response and have now gone over a month with no fulfillment of my order and no one responding to my requests for a refund. My order number at Vevor.com is VEVOR207916.

I would like to build a relationship with your company as there are many items you supply that would be useful for my business, but this trial order needs to be sorted out before I can place more meaningful orders with the company.

Desired outcome: Either ship the product or refund my payment
