Vesta Go PhoneFraudulent

Vesta has been charging my husbands credit card for a monthly payment plan for a phone that was thrown in the trash months ago. Would only credit 90 days of the payments. A fradulent company, unable to provided records of transations that are on a quote unquote monthly plan. After several calls

and requesting the same operator, was told that was not possible. These people are out to collect monies for services they are not providing. ATT

is no longer a trustworthy company to purchase "GO" phones from if they are working with or use VESTA. This is a big corporate rip off. Young people do not buy AT&T GO phones because they are connected with VESTA .

Vesta processes millions of prepaid recharge payments each month on behalf of telecom companies and their customers. We continually monitor orders for unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment devices, and actively work with customers to resolve any issues or disputes promptly and fairly. This is evidenced by our “A” rating by the Better Business Bureau.

If you have questions regarding a charge from Vesta on your credit card bill or bank statement, email [email protected]
or call toll free [protected]. A representative will be glad to assist you
