Yesterday I ordered two tops from verge girl. I entered discount code for 20 percent off which I didn't get but didn't know it till I already completed my order. This is ridiculous! I emailed two different places but got NO response. Today I went in to check to see if it had been given and it has NOT been done. I also saw that only one of the tops had been shipped. I tried calling them but the phone numbers they have listed didn't go through. I am THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED with this. Please see if u can find out what's going on. Thank you KERITA RENA HILL.

I ordered the poolside mini floral dress, which arrived with a stain, and the material not up to standard at all was thin and fraying.
I contacted verge girl as soon as the item arrived, I sent over proof of the dress being stained, I did ask for money back into my bank account but they ignored this request and issued me a gift card.
I was hesitant on using this gift card due to the condition the dress came in, but after a failed attempt of getting the money back into my bank account, I felt I had no choice but to use the gift card, which may I add was not refunded the shipping cost, only the dress's cost.
I used the gift card and waited for my tracking email to come through, which after a week it did not, I then contacted verge girl who told me in order for the item I ordered on the gift card to be sent over, I would need to provide more proof of the dress being stained, Yet I did provide photos, and was issued a gift card, only for them to tell me I would need to send more proof to have the order sent out. RIDICULOUS RIGHT?

Disgusting advertising of models constantly holding a Wine glass in most of the photos displayed on the website. There is more photos of models looking drunk and constantly holding wine glasses in nearly most of their photos on the website. So basically you spend more money drinking while working than helping your business to grow more positive in other ways.

You are nothing but a bunch of Drunks advertising "shop at Verge Girl and become a drunk online shopper." I have 2 lawyers looking and wanting to make this a strong argument in higher courts.

the Shirt I ordered was adorable however, before I even got to wear it out I noticed that the elastic band in one of the cups to keep it tight and ruched must have snapped. It would stick out and have no way of holding my breast in. Literally exposed. The top was cute and fabric was good. I'm not sure if it came messed up or not because I waited a month or so before I actually wore it. My other top was very cute and problemless though

Smaller sizes are constantly out of stock, and have been this way for all of the years I have been visiting the site. It's very frustrating to have almost no options in your size and restock takes a long time if at all. Since the smaller sizes are clearly popular, I don't understand why stock can't be increased from the beginning. Generally love the range, but the lack of stock is ridiculous.

I returned almost $800 worth of merchandise in perfect condition from the U.S. it cost me almost $100 to return it. Because it apparently arrived a couple days past their cut off, they are refusing to refund my money. The merchandise I did keep fell apart within one or two washes. Their return policy and customer service is terrible- they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

My item was returned within 14 business days. However they processed a gift certificate exchange instead of monetary value. Secondly they refused to accept an item that they believe had been damaged by myself, yet I didn't even wear the item and the tags were still attached and it remained in its plastic. Demonstrates what poor quality they send out to clients. Terrible customer service and clearly no understanding of consumer law. Will not be shopping again.

When I first saw your clothes, I fell in love with it. But when I first experienced the way you treat customers I thought that I will do y business elsewhere and will be ok without having your clothes in my wardrobe.
I've read the others review and unfortunately, I have to agree with them. Your staff is really very ignorant and should be trained before dealing with customers. They were rude to me too, as you guessed, so I don't want to come back.

I have been with them for several years, and even though I rarely attend their stores, I have never been treated in a rude manner.
But unfortunately, it happened to me yesterday and I think I should tell you.
The manager at the store was rude to me answering my simple questions. I really didn't intend to offend her and I was very polite, so I don't know what made her think she had to be so obnoxious to me. I didn't buy anything. I was leaving this store trying not to cry. It really was terrible.
I am sorry, due to emotions I didn't remember this woman's name.
This happened yesterday, October 23d, Brisbane store.

I will start with basic moments

1) their stuff. Leaves much to be desired. Most of them are unprofessional. No one demands them to get a special degree to work there, but it's nothing hard to smile and be polite with customers.

2) prices. Nice. But there's always a but. It's the next point.

3) Quality. The poorest of poorest. I think it's something I was really dissatisfied with. No, for real. Fix this issue.

4) Policies. Sly, sneaky, use against you.

5) Returns. Read about the policies. Good luck if you return items for a full refund.

6) Refund. Good luck as well.

Conclusion: you are now warned, but I highly recommend to avoid them.

At first I was so excited when I saw their beautiful and unique clothing. I purchased some clothing and even paid the expensive shipping. When my items arrived I tried them on and noticed that the strap that tied the shirt together was already shredding apart. I was so angry! I paid over $65 for just one shirt! I contacted customer service immediately and they expected me to pay for the return shipping! They also wanted to examine the shirt before they would decide what to do. There is no way I was going to pay extra for shipping again. I wasn't even sure if I'll see my money! I'll never shop there again! They have expensive clothing that is poorly made, the material is horrible and customer service is beyond ridiculous.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!

I bought top from www.vergegirl.com and the price for the top was $70. It looked nice, but the price was too outrageous. I got a piece of cloth, which didn’t look the same as on the picture and the seller refused to change the top. He told me that the top in good condition and he didn’t see any other reason why he needed to change it. But I couldn’t wear this rubbish and was so upset that I wasted money. People, run from this terrible company.
