I made an order on October 29/20. These slippers were not the quality as advertised. They were hard and brittle and a very sloppy fit; they were anything but soft, flexible and cushioned. I could purchase something like this from the dollar store.
I too was fooled by the extensive number of products available on this impressive website and neglected to check the reviews. The slippers arrived from China, in very inferior packaging, with a substandard product, without an invoice and with barcode labels and cleaning instructions written in Chinese. When I expressed my concerns about false advertising and receiving an inferior product, the company requested photos and a short video.
Once these requirements were met, I received an email stating that because the product was not damaged, no refund would be provided. This was after I was ensured of the following on their website: you won't be disappointed; a top-notched customer service team available 24/7; we'll make things right; 30 day Happiness Guarantee.
Buyer Beware! On the surface the company looks reputable. The products look excellent. The website reassures the customer he/she is making a good decision with the purchase; however, this company, Verde, does not walk the talk nor care about the customer once a purchase has been made. This is an appalling way to run a business.
Thank goodness I checked out this company by only ordering a small item. I want nothing to do with this company.
This happened to me, exactly the same thing. Terrible. By Softslippers.com
Thanks for your review !
I considered these slides and decided to not purchase from this company.
Sorry for your poor experience. I had a bad one with a company called Nora Cora - beautiful pictures, super prices and was sent pure junk. I bet you will check for reviews now, like I always do.
