Vayamaflight cancelled by vayama / bad service

Hi, I having some issue and need to proceed change of date flight. Customer service explaining about the whatsoever fees. And told me it's 200usd and day if I'm ok she will proceed the change. So I received the email and say thought you said 200? How come it's 300 in the email. After that she told me, should be 400usd and she dropped me another email. And I told her. It's ok.. remain what the flight I have. I'm not doing any changes. She told me that your previous flight have been cancel. I asked her why you cancel when my new flight isn't confirm, that shouldn't be the way. And she ask me to you can't get your old flight anymore, if you want pay the 400 and you got your new flight. I demanding a refund on the kind of service. VUS-[protected]
