First name william last name washington address 120 violet hill white way city baltimore state md zip code 21201 best telephone number to use during the day [protected] e-mail address [protected]@verizon.Net business name value city furniture business address 5840 baltimore national pike business city catonsville business state md business zip code 21228 business primary telephone number 410-744- please describe your dispute i purchased a sectional sofa 01/19/2013.I am now observing that the cushions can't be turned.This makes for wear on one side of the cushion not allowing for equal usage of the sofa, there by causing a shorter term of usage from the product.I am realizing this is a ploy to cause the sofa to need replacement at a earlier time frame.There is a zipper in the rear of the cushion but it appears to be a factory installed process.The remedy i am seeking is that the public be made aware of this product ploy and exchange for turnable cushions. Thank you
