We received a hyperlink to VME from the place we rented a cabin from. Long story short, we ended up paying over $300 dollars for tickets instead of $179 if we had purchased them straight from the park we visited. Also, there isn’t anything “easy” when dealing with VME. They incorrectly inputed the wrong amount of people in my party twice! We thought we had it corrected only to find out when we arrived at our destination, the count was still wrong! Finally, we had to travel 30 minutes from our cabin to pick up our vouchers (tickets)! There was nothing easy about this company. It’s the 21st century, no one should have to spend gas, and time to physically pick up tickets! Not to mention the astronomical mark up on the tickets! BEWARE!

Currently scheduled for November 2, I called on 8/21 to ask how to change a date due to business trip date change possibility to be earlier or later by a week. I have no control of the date change and do not yet know if it will actually change or not yet. It's up to someone else. I'm still waiting and was just being proactive.

With over 2 months notice, I was told NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Well when I do any other scheduling, I will make sure Not to use this company. Customer service is no existent. Only sales and income

Warning DO NOT BUY FROM VACATIONS MADE EASY- Buy direct from the event instead. the thing that is easy- is easy money to them.

I paid for a hotel room through Vacations Made Easy and they called the next day saying they we unable to honer the deal and wanted us to change somewhere else. We have friends staying there and can't not do that. They should not take money if they can not keep up their part of the business transaction

I paid for the hotel deal on Thursday June 22,2023. They called back on Friday June 23,2023. Our date of travel was for June 29,2023 through July 2,2023.

We purchased 4 tickets for a night at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville for 21st December 2022. Unfortunately I was rushed in hospital here in the UK and couldn't then fly out to the USA for our planned holiday. I emailed the company and made them aware and asked for a full refund or for a refund for two of the tickets as my sister and her husband were still making the trip.

I emailed to confirm that my sister would be collecting the tickets as were were unable to and sent a copy of my husbands passport information as the tickets had been booked in his name.

We still haven't received a single reply from this company and they refused to let my sister pick up the tickets on the day. I am furious at the lack of reponse from this company. To make matters worse we have received an email today asking for us to leave positive feedback on the service they have provided.

I purchased 2 tickets to the REDNECK COMEDY TOUR for 11/05/22, the 1:00 show, through this site advertised as BOGO free. The full ticket price, according to the Branson Shows website was $169. for 2 tickets and my discounted price after processing was $90 for 2 tickets. After arriving in Branson I discovered that I could have bought 2 senior tickets at FULL RETAIL PRICE of $35 each. When I went to the welcome center to pick up my vouchers I asked the young man how the $90 price tag qualified as a BOGO free when I actually paid full price for both tickets and that their site was fraudulent and deceptive. He stated he has nothing to do with the Branson Shows, Vacations made easy and suggested I contact them. He only was there to give me my vouchers. This site is clearly fraudulent and preying on tourists traveling to Branson. I contacted them asking them to honor their BOGO advertisement and refund me the price of one ticket. I have yet to hear back from them.

I booked an excursion for my family (cost $807.20) for Sept 19th while we were to be on vacation. Contacted them end of August because i still didn't have my confirmation. Turns out they booked it for August 19th which, had already passed. On top of it they also had my phone # and email address wrong so even if they sent anything i wouldn't have gotten it. They refused my refund on the grounds that they would have verified it on the phone when i placed the order. When pressed they admitted they got the email and phone # wrong even though they would have verified those also. So they got the date wrong, they got the email wrong they got the phone # wrong, the only thing they got right was my credit card info to bill me. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the US Attorney's office and am awaiting results.

We visited Pigeon Forge, TN and purchased 5 tickets for the Dolly Parton Pirate Show. No where did it say we’d have to go pick up the tickets until after we purchase them. The tickets were purchased for the day of and VME at that point was closed for the day and we were unable to pick up the physical tickets.i called and explained this to a rep who insisted on reviewing the return policy and how it works against the customer in every way. Because we didn’t want to miss our show I went on to the venues website and purchased another set of tickets and received a gift certificate. The website keeps telling me the certificate is invalid and I just have a feeling these crooks are not going to make good on the value. I’m going to lose close to $300 and there’s nothing I can do about it. This company needs to be shut down, how are they allowed to do business? I want my money back.

Absolutely disgusting! Had to cancel my whole trip and this excursion was an extra. My tickets are for July third 2022 and I tried to cancel on June 9th 2022. They won't refund anything, nothing! Nowhere on my tickets dose it state non refundable. Now I have to file a dispute claim with visa, I'm out over $300! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have provided the question and answer that were on my tickets in the photo.

Scheduled tomorrow for this boat. Came down ill today with Covid in 3 of my party of four . Vacationsmadeeasy refused me a refund, credit toward a future date and simply stated our policy states nothing can be done within 48 hours of the sailing. I bought tickets to the Grand Ole Opry and had to cancel twice. They only have record of my fist cancellation, and now are refusing to do anything about it. I'm out $297.34. I'm so infuriated! Absolutely terribly customer service. They kept saying "we don't see the cancellation of the date you attended." I didn't attend! And they were very rude when I asked them to go back to their records to verify that I never came to get the tickets from their office. Never ever use this company. Ever! You've been warned. Horrible!

On 11/11/21, I purchased 4 tickets from what I thought was Broadway Theater's (Myrtle Beach) contracted vendor. When I googled Broadway Threater, Vacations Made Easy comes Up. I paid them $263.76. When I received the email notification, there was no breakdown of the costs, nor the seat assignments. I was just told to bring email to box office the day of show. Something did not seem right. I googled again, and saw Broadway Theater's website after Vacation Made Easy's website. I reordered the tickets directly from Broadway Theater for a total of $181.80 for a savings of $81.96. I was able to select the seats, and I received the tickets immediately by email.

An hour later after ordering from Vacations Made Easy, I spoke to Cristal from Vacations Made Easy, and said I wanted to cancel because this company was not the contracted vendor, plus higher price. She said that there was a cancellation fee of $92.32, and I would only get back $171. 44. To me, this is a form of loansharking. I could have received a $263.76 gift card, but I would have to purchase tickets from them. Needless to say, I canceled and took a hit, as I did not want to deal with them further. This company is a scam. I am still waiting for the $171.44 credit, but no one should deal with them. I will speak to my credit card company to see if I could get all my money back.

Our vacation was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid. They wouldn't give me my money back said I had to have a gift certificate. Well, here I have my got certificate and now again vacation is cancelled due to Covid and my son not being able to be vaccinated. I would like to get my whole $425 back but they refuse even though Covid is out of my hands. Worst company to work with and no compassion for the pandemic that is happening.

this showed up as fraud on my CC, I got an email saying I booked a trip. I immediately emailed the company and they emailed me back 8 hours later when they opened saying i could cancel then processed my order 39 minutes later.

I called and got shelby and when I told her it was fraud she hung up on me and said good luck disputing with ur CC.

The customer service rep allowed a white woman without the mask inside the building while he was talking to her. I was outside in the parking lot and he told me to wear my mask. He told me "you are in Lake Tahoe now, wear your mask". When I asked him why he communicated with the wirh lady indoor without the mask, he stated "he did not see her face." This woman was standing approximately less the two feet and he could not see her face and I was 10 feet away.
This company is prejudiced. While I was waiting to pick up my tickets, two Indian women were complaining about the customer service and money.

The company that my cruise was canceled. I paid in full, picked the tickets and texted less than 16 hours before my cruise thar my cruise is canceled. None of the customer service were helpful. I will have to take their behavior to upper authority.

Purchases tickets for 7 people at a cost of 550.08 and then found Premium tickets from the dinner theater for $505. called for the 100% refund and find that they will only refund 65% when the order was only 4 hours old. Offered full price on a "gift certificate" called and asked for a supervisor and was cut of. called back waiting for a return call. after seeing the complaints looks grim

My parents bought 2 tickets to the Grand Ole Opry through this agency. When I called to see if we could add a 3rd ticket and still sit together, the "supervisor" Shelby said they couldn't guarantee that we could sit together and that it would take up to 72 hrs. to make the changes. Are you kidding me? They charge a fee to supposedly make things "easy". When I told her that I could buy my own tickets through the Grand Ole Opry website real-time and without their outrageous handling fees, she became nasty, unprofessional, to the point that I asked to cancel the tickets at a $100 loss. I rather give them a beggar's sympathy fee than do business with an agency that has such nasty supervisors. They should change the name of the agency to "Vacations that make life miserable". Avoid doing business with this agency, it is better to go directly to the venue's website.

I was trying to purchase tickets online for an upcoming vacation to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. I searched for the venues to find tickets for the dates I would be there. Somehow I was switched to a "Vacations Made Easy" website and only purchased vouchers for each venue. I was advised the following week by my job that a new federal order came out stating that I could not travel beyond a 250-mile radius from the military base where I work. Upon receiving this information, I immediately tried to cancel the booked events only to learn that I had purchased through a third party with a shady cancellation policy. My confirmation for the "vouchers" do not state what my reservations are for, nor does it state the return policy. The return policy was never provided to me upon purchase. The company, Vacations Made Easy, are only offering 100% replacement vouchers or a 65% refund. I don't agree to either of these options as I would have not purchased from them if I had known this. I disputed the 3 charges with my credit card company and have been credited 2 of the charges, but not the 3rd charge in the amount of $65.21. I have since learned that this company, Vacations Made Easy, have tons of negative reviews and lots of complaints for this exact same situation through the Better Business Bureau. They also have many negative employee reviews on job websites (like Indeed) stating that they rip off and scam their customers. Capital One states they need proof of my cancellation, but there's no way to provide that when I don't agree to their policy. Also, it seems that I can't even submit a cancellation now. I have emailed them only to receive a message that the email was undeliverable. I have tried to message them through their "Contact Us" form on their website, but the Captcha letters and numbers entered don't work. I have called them, but they won't discuss anything with me due to me filing the dispute. I have tried to click their cancellation buttons on their website but it shows $0.00 for a refund and/or credit vouchers. There's literally no way to provide proof of cancellation. I just need a refund for for tickets that I can't use at no fault of my own. I have provided all documentation to my credit card company, but they said they can't refund without proof of cancellation. Since then, I have filed a dispute with PayPal, and complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Online Crime Complaint Center. I am leaving negative reviews on every review site I can find. I will not stop until I get my money back.

After planning an out of state mother/daughter trip which was solely to attend a concert, I received a call today from this company. I had purchased tickets almost a month ago and got a call, less than a week before the event, telling me that "tickets are unavailable ". How do you sell a product you can't deliver?! I told the supervisor they needed to do something to fix this problem, as this was the only reason for my trip. With no solution to the problem, I hung up furious and frustrated. Do not waste your time with this company. They are unscrupulous and uncaring and ruined our entire getaway.

I purchased two set of tickets advertised to be used anytime. I never received my tickets, nor the refund I was promised. After four phone calls I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Ruined my vacation and wasted my time! Run, run, run, dont do business with this rip off company!

I purchased tickets for dollys stampede and they canceled my initial request and kept my money. Now is asking me to sign authorization to charge again to receive my vouchers. Oh and forgot to say the initial time is now sold old we had all booked and now will not be able to see the show. Really mad and I called Dolly's Stampede and they say they overcharge you.
