I write to inform you that it is very unethical for UPS to state that- I quote "Unfortunately, we are unable to help you any further without a tracking number." unquote

I had sent the following attachments mentioned below for reference :
FDA Mail
UPS Delivery Schedule &
UPS Invoice

UPS silly reply only shows you wish to evade refunding us of any sort for a genuine customer who has lost a huge sum of money on account of negligence on the part of UPS.

UPS does not fall under the category of "Customer Service Satisfaction".
We do not want the kind of reply UPS has sent .

It is UPS moral responsibility to work out what best you can do and assist us by way of refunding to relieve us from the tight situation we are facing.
