I was reluctant to give my social security # & my bank account info. but they persisted on getting this info. & wanted $49.95 fee before i even knew what they had to sell, so i cancelled membership & i hope they do not use my info. (that was my mistake) I did not contact them for credit, they contacted me.

I stopped payment on the $149.95 that was charged to my checking account. I did not authorize it. And do not have a USA credit card! I also told my bank not to pay any other requests for payment from USA credit.

I never filled out an application for this, nor did i even know this co. existed, but somehow they got my info and took 49.95. My bank was in the negative, so i was charged fees for this. USA credit is nothing but a scam, i looked at the website and it had links to apply for many diff. cards, so my opinion is they take ur info from their sites and steal ur money. So be careful what u fill out.

I went to my bank today to cash my work check and the bank informed me that my account was over drawn. I did not see how that could be. so I came home and now have found this site about USA Credit. I am mad as Hell and I want my money back as soon as possible. This places took 149.95 from my checking account and I did not ever ask for this and do not want any thing.

    Mr.Lawrence H Underwood.

I am very upset about this. I am taking this to my Bank.

I was also a victim of USACredit, they took $149.95 from my bank account for their useless "credit card". When they called me and informed me that they were going to take another $149.95 I refused. I told them to cancel all accounts that they had in my name. They started giving me the run around by switching my call from person to person until I finally got tired of waiting and hung up. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission on the internet and filled out a complaint form. I did the same with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office (they also have a complaint form that you can fill out on-line). You can get your money back from USACredit, but you have to fight for it. If you let them just scam you then they will continue to take advantage of you and other people as well. Stand up and fight back, fill out the on-line complaint forms that I have mentioned above. The FTC and Penn. AG's office will get tired of having to investigate every complaint filed against these scammers and they will take action in your behalf.

This company is nothing but a scam, I put in information before anything was said about a charge of $149.95 for the service. When I sent a email to the address the mail came back returned no such address so someone is sitting back using this site to scam innocent people out of their money.

I have never heard of this sorry excuse for a company before today! These SOBs toke 149.00 out of my account and left me with over draft, non-sufficient funds, and now no trust in my bank security! I want my money, and I want it back NOW! I will sue them for every cent they are worth, as worthless as they are. I would warn every one to stay away from this company, except I don't even know how they got my info!

I also was charged $149.95 from USA credit. I did not want to join anything. I thought I was just applying for a small loan, which I never got!!! I called my bank & now I am disputing these charges it also costs me in overdraft fees. There was nothing about any charges being deducted out of my account. Who are these people!!!

Yeah, I got suckered too... I called my bank right away after finding out about this 149.95 fee and asked them to put a block up from any transactions with USA CREDIT. They were very willing to help me! Hopefully everyone gets their money back, because I sure as hell can't afford to just give away 150 dollars for fun...

i checked on my checking account and found out that usa took out 149.95 from my checking ,and i never did fill out no application,or i never gave them my checking account number to them. so i called my bank, and the bank said to go to your bank, and tell them, what you told me. i went to my bank ,they type a paper out to the scam people, for me to sign.and i sign the paper. the bank said they would send the scam people the letter to them. and said my money should be in the bank no later tuesday,or wednesday.i asked the person at the bank if they all get their money that the scam people took out . and he said yes. i hope all of you get your money back.

They also took $149.95 out of my account because I filled out an application for a payday loan. I called 1-800-685-9354 i and complained. They took my money that was for someone else. After arguing for about 20 min they reluctantly agreed to put it in my account after they deducted $35 for an application fee. The only thing is I have to wait until 12/26 for my money which I don't trust. I suggest not looking for the website but calling in to the number.

I went to my bank today to cash my pay check to get my kids their Christmas presents and found out my account was overdrawn. The bank asked me questions about it and I told them I didn't authorize this transaction. I called USACREDIT and they are closed.

I filled out paperwork with my bank to get the money back that they took plus the bank fee. They are able to do this because it was not authorized by the account holder and then it becomes a federal crime by USACREDIT and the banks go after them.

I was robbed too, I was apply for a payday advance and they charged me $149.95, I never submit the application, website is very deceiving, we should all file a complaint with the FTC and Penn. AG, this "company" should shot down. Now I have not money for christmas, since they will not return my money until 1-3-08, I'm very upset, when I called them, they wanted to dedut $35 application fee, I said, I did not filled out an application for their phony credit card. I'll try to contact FTC. Good luck to all that have been ripped off by these robbers.
