USA Green Card Organisation review: This company tricked me into paying fee for green card lottery. 2

After seeing advert I contacted this company and agreed to pay them 389 dollars for sending my application for the Green card lottery. Their support team called me and explained their service and told me that their fee is 389 dollars. I sent them all the needed documents and payed. On 19.02.2019 Mr. Peter Varcelly called me and told me that they need 2000 dollars extra for mine and my boyfriends application, and after I told him I don't have that money he lowered the price to 1400 dollars. I declined that offer also saying I do not want to pay that money because in our first conversation they said that I need to pay only 389 dollars. And then Mr. Peter Varcelly just hung up the phone. I tried to contact him via phone and email but no answer. I want a full refund because this company is a fraud. If I paid them what they asked they would only want more money.
