This is Vicki from All Your Vacations.com. I have a serious situation that has put my client in a dire situation.
I have dealt with Barbara, from USA Coach, as noted below to reserve 4 buses for my client. This invoice/itineary is noted below, all paid in full. THEN, COVID HAPPENED. The buses had to be cancelled for the safety of all, and Barabara, USA COACH, AGREED TO REFUND DUE TO THE USUAL SITUATION, YET WHEN TIME CAME, USA COACH DID NOT REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, IN FACT REFUNDED VERY LITTLE.
I have been trying to reach someone at USA Coach for a long time, NO ANSWER, NO HELP. My client has dealt with his credit card company, trying to request a refund due to lack of service. Because my client paid in a timely fashion, the credit card company will NOT refund. You will also note in a email that Barbara had asked us to wait 90 days for the refunds to happen (as USA coach was working with muliple companies). We did that, and now the credit card companies will NOT refund, because it is past 90 days. Was this planned by Barbara at USA Coach? HUM?
I have finally stumbled on your contact as my resource to hopefully help this client. I hope you will take a serious look at this situation and help my client. He is a good client and likely would give you business in the future. This involves a great deal of monies and we need to refund, help this client.

Thanks for the itinerary. The bus can stop when and wherever you request. Just try to advise either us or the driver in advance of the stops. The drivers will be able to make grocery store runs etc. just as long as they do not go over their daily driving limit which is 10 hrs.

We would ask that they stop in a place that has a few different options for food, like Chipotle, Noodles and Company etc. Not just McDonalds ; ) I can research this if needed, I would just need to know at what point they plan on stopping? Half way?
Also… will the bus driver be available to take our chaperones to a grocery store? Are they on call or? We only had one bus when I did this collegiately and they obviously took us wherever we (the team) needed to go…

It came to mind, that perhaps with your new address, your credit card had a different expiration and VC #. If so, please advise. If the full number has changed, please advise. If anything changed, you will likely have to fill out an authorization form again.

Hi,
The signed courtesy refund agreement stated that the refunds will be made within 90 days of signing. This is done because the job orders are subcontracted to other motorcoach carriers and to give them time to refund us so we can refund you. Being that this refund notice was signed in March, expect refunds to post in $900 increments no later than June. Please advise your client that this was a courtesy refund and nothing in the original agreement covers these situations. However, this is a unique situation due to the virus and we along with our motorcoach carriers are doing this as a courtesy.

I am checking in again, to see how our refunds are coming along. We are awaiting 6 charges from Touch of Class Limousine, totaling $5, 380.00
We are awaiting 20 charges from Travel Service of America for a total of $17, 600.00
I have not heard one word about these refunds progressing. My client has had his credit tied up for a long time now. I don't believe it is unreasonable to request these refunds. We have been patient, but my client is getting upset now, and I completely understand.
Our total refund amount we are awaiting is $23, 200.00.
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP what progress has been made and what the next steps are.

I contracted with this company in April 2019 to provide bus service for a school group going to Los Angeles in August. Company charged me deposit and then final payment prior to date that was to be charged. Company then gave my credit card number to another company to charge me for the bus service. I got involved, settled issue with company that they were not authorized to give my credit card number to and took care of my customer. Company representative (BJ Barber) has been lying for over 4 months that they have submitted to their credit card company a credit to us for $2734.00 and they have not done so. Worst company I have ever dealt with in this industry. No trust, honesty or integrity.

The American Loggers Council enterd into an agreement to have USA Coachlines provide charter bus service at our annual meeting held last October in Seaside, Oregon. We were asked to submit a credit card to be placed onn file for a deposit for Charter #80619. The credit card was charged $2, 550 on 4/16/2018, charged again on June 5, 2018 for the same amount, and again on July 11, 2018 for the same amount again. We did manage to get our credit card company to stop payment for the last charge, but are still waiting for reimbursement for the first two billings and were told last August that becuase so much time had elapsed between the time the card was billed and the request to refund, they could not go back and give credit to our credit card account, but would send a reimbursement check.
We had difficulties communicating with a live representative from the company and decided to cancel the charter well ahead of the cut-off date on the contract in order to receive reimbursement. They still owe us $5, 100 and we have heard absolutely nothing from them.
We have attempted to contact them via phone, e-mail and yes, even certified mail, only to not receive any response, and the certified letter was returned as unclaimed.
There are a lot of things that we should have done when retaining the services of USA Coachlines, including a reference check and their rating with the BBB, but we did not. They sucked us in with lower quotes than competitors, only to rob our non-profit of $5, 100 without delivering any services.
I would think that there are laws that prohibit such unethical business practices.

submitting this complaint on behalf of :Pastor Malcolm Curne /Mt. Olive M.B. Church / Lexa, Ar. on Monday 8/20/2018 I began seeking charter services from a few charter services listed on line. received several quotes, however Mr. B. J. Barber USA Coachlines Charter Sales National was the one closet to our budget...initial quote given was $2840 for service Lexa, Ar to St. Louis Mo. So I contacted my contributors that was helping fund the charter, they wanted to rent vans, I was concern about the safety of passengers & driving of 4 vans traveling, so I then shared my concern again via e-mail with Mr. Barber...that our budget was really ballooned @ $2000 dollars max...he later submitted a charter figure of $2175...I went once again & voiced my concern with contributor's...they finally agreed & I contacted Mr. Barber once again... he sent contract & information pretaining to charter ...also advised how we could pay since charter was a short notification... We was all excited about our trip & compassionate service that we had received from Mr. Barber & USA Coachlines. However, a few days later on the morning of Sept. 5, 2018 our chairman of Deacon Board Bro. john H. Minor had a massive hear attack, was flown by helicopter from Helena Hosiptal to Baptist East Hospital Memphis...where he later died...about 10pm that night after coming to grip with what had happen I sent e-mail to Mr. Barber, requested a phone call which he did, I explain in detail what had just occurred & also advised Mr. Barber that Deacon Minor was one of our most devoted & strongest contributor of our church, & that his passing has just threw us into a tail spin, that I was well aware that we where not going to be able to go on charter trip. And I asked was it any consideration or compassion out there on behalf of USA Coachlines involving these unforeseen circumstances, he advised it would be no problem...payment had been totally submitted in the amount of $2175.00...two or more weeks passed I inquired no reply, finally he sent a e-mail advising that a refund was sent out on 9/8...Really this 10/1/2018 haven't received anything no correspondence from Mr. Barber nor USA Coachlines…...can anyone be honest & inform me what kind of Business Associates are we dealing with...… I like to consider our self as being dignified/honest/Christian/ that honest in our dealings & treating others in the manner we would like to be treated...Pastor Malcolm Curne
company canceled our 3 day pre-paid bus tour 4 days before our departure.
USA Coachlines had been paid in full & contracted in 2017 for a 3 day bus trip for 30 people for April 10-12, 2018. Only when emailed a confirmation of directions, on Friday April 6th, 4 days before we were due to leave Tuesday morning, did they reply the bus had mechanical problems and they were canceling. They refused to provide us with another bus and claimed to have issued a full refund. To date, no refund has been received.
We were able to obtain a bus from USA Coachways at 3 times the price. Their driver & service were excellent. We will be filing a suit against USA Coachlines for the refund if not received and for the difference in price we paid USA Coachways.
