I went there for my daughter 16th birthday first they had us wait wasn't a host then when seated table was still a lil dirty after sitting for 10 minutes the host ask did someone come take our order I said no then someone came one we order food was horrible my drink was even worst my bill was almost 200$ the sauce wasn't the sauce the drink don't get prepared correctly my pasta was cold my wings was half done
Desired outcome: Refund or something
TGI Fridays - horrible customer service!!!
I have been an avid T.G.I. Friday's customer as well as an rewards member for years, Today February 22, 2020. I used my 100 points to purchase the chicken and shrimp pasta, i was met with rude hostesses as well as the manager I finally received my food an hour later. I work in food service so I know the importance of wonderful customer service.. while also knowing that the customer themselves can also be a bit annoying. Again because I work in food service but I was not I waited patiently and was told my food was 18 dollars again without even offering to scan my rewards. Finally the manager stated I had to make sure it was your phone I don't want to assume. Very rude. Needless to say I won't be returning to Fridays at all! Hopefully the customer service gets better. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am an avid visitor to Friday's, but it's clear that I must find a new venue to dine. I along with my son and best friend visited today around 5 P.M the date being July, 27, 2019. It was appalling that we had to wait to be seated no hostess, and the manager didn't even come over. Finally when we sat it was clear that the server I had had no clue I understand being new because I also work a second job which is in food service. I had to ask for napkins I also was not offered the free chips and salsa. I will not be returning to Friday's, this is the second time I've gone and the service was horrible.
