Church's Chicken - The manager and customer service

I went to church's chicken on gause in slidell last night was gave old chicken when I brought it back the manager got mad told me to pull up and wait. I pull up and waited an hour the cashier came out and told me that the cook didn't drop the chicken so I ask for a refund the manager refuse to give me back my receipt. This took place on May 29th. I don't understand what's going on in these type of places where people or spending there money. I would never go back again.

Desired outcome: The manager was very rude. The manager and the person cook the chicken should be dealt with.

Church's Chicken - Customer service | bad hygiene

Church's chicken in Slidell, Louisiana at 195 Gause Blvd. Both drive thru & walk ins are extremely rude. The young girl taking orders inside was picking in her teeth so I made sure she didn't handle my food. I was in drive through when I saw her. The women there are on their phones and being completely loud. They were laughing and joking around instead of working. This location was rebuilt so I'm assuming the new people there are the problem bc I never had this problem before. I don't know why the manager allows this. The lady in drive thru Friday at 4pm was so rude she gave me the total before I was done ordering I told her I wanted a large coke and jalapeños and shevsighed like she was annoyed. I know bc I ordered at the window since drive thru had a note saying order at window. I ordered the 10 piece meal & she asked me for a code?! I told her I don't have a code bc I didn't see anything about a code on the online menu. I showed her with my phone and she took my phone and took it inside where I couldn't see her so she can show a coworker. I can't believe the unprofessionalism at this establishment. Where are the managers at this location? I saw an employee even though at the time I thought it was a homeless person taking the trash out. I assumed he was homeless bc of the ragged hair & clothes which were so dirty. I thought they were maybe letting him work for a plate of food, which I thought was pretty nice. Then when I pulled up to the window I noticed that same person by the drive thru window with a cup getting a drink & the employee badge which now I don't remember the name. It made my stomach turn that this very dirty person was near where my food that my family &;are suppose to enjoy. Please someone do a surprise inspection as I won't be going to this place any longer.
