After picking up my child from school
I stopped at this kfc location when I was in the drive through the young lady got on the mic and said do you know what you want I said yes I do but proper customer service would be greatly appreciated and she ignored me then said Is the driver going to talk or the passenger After placing my order she was very rude and when I got to the window she has a black lady come to the window with no name tag she said I'm the manager and was very rude and unprofessional. After going inside because they said the food would take longer I asked another worker what there names were and they were passion and Nichole was the 1st young lady's name. After waiting 45 mins I had not had my food so I canceled because I didn't want them to spit in my food for only wanting fresh food for me and my child I would never go to this location due to the lack of care and horrible customer service they were even telling other customers they were out of stuff and was rude to others. Please fire these two they should be washing dishes not providing customer service to top it off there were all handling food without gloves I have plenty pictures to prove my words
