My name is Ian Carr, the order was under my girlfriends name Julie recski
I ordered a pizza and chicken on 1229 at 730 online. When the pizza finally arrived around 815 it was broken and cold and the chicken. Was burnt and cold. (Pics provided). I called the store to advise of a replacement, they asked for pics which I sent, then dismissed the issue with the chicken and said they will give a credit for the pizza. I advised that's fine and was told they will resend it out and will reach me in 25 minutes. A hour later no response, and I didn't hear back from them. They are kids at that location and someone needs to address this issue immediately. I will also be reporting this to the press as well.
