May 15th 2022 at 1030 am at the Pelham Ga location I with a group of 5 family members visited this location for breakfast. There was one cook and one waitress. There was flies and dead bugs every where in the window seals. The tables had dead flies all over them. We were swatting a flies as we were trying to order. I under the restaurant was under staffed and the wait time was longer than usual but the sanitation was uncalled for. It was in total disgust.
Desired outcome: Better sanitation
Huddle House - The order I put in
I'm writing a complaint on a lady working at the huddle house on December the 5th 2020. I put in a order about almost 8:00 pm. I sent my daughter and her boyfriend to go get my order and one of your workers say y'all the one to pick up order of biscuits and gravy they say yes she say ok but she never come back. They stay outside for a while to wait. She still haven't come back or she never call me back about my order. And I'm not to happy about it. What happened Saturday night. The huddle house in Pelham GA.

Huddle House - General complaint
I have been going for breakfast or been ordering from this Huddle House for almost 20 years. Because of new management and the current status of this business, this morning will be my last time. The service and business has drastically reduced and I feel it's time for me to go elsewhere. Yesterday, with only a few customers, I had to wait 20 minutes to even be offered a cup of coffee and 50 minutes for my order. Additionally, I observed 4 other customers get up and leave because they too waited 15-20 minutes and was never offered even a glass of water or coffee. Upon checking out, I was charged double what I normally get charged and I was extremely MAD. This is not the first time for me complaining about this Huddle House or new management. I have noticed a complete downfall since new management/ownership took over. Unfortunately, this is a small town and there are only a couple of places like this to sit down and order a meal. With the current situation and management I do believe it may not be long before customer attendance will drastically be reduced to a point it will not be able to stay open. Additionally, it is very upsetting when management and employees think it's okay to park their vehicles directly in front of the restaurant to include in the handicapped spots preventing customers to park there...Sorry I'm having to find another place for breakfast or stay at home and cook myself.
