CFSC at 3969 White Plains Road have very rude Latino cashiers who do not treat Black customers good. When they hear your voice on the phone they hang up without explanation and try to talk over you before hearing your question, they treat you horribly in person, and until recently they would try to skip over or ignore you for long periods when you visit them in person speaking in Spanish the whole time. I regret every minute I spend waiting in the long lines often with one cashier at the busiest location.
Desired outcome: I give up on any possible improvement. I am ready to make this my last visit there. I am turned off.

I recently bought a money order from the cfsc store on 225th street white plains rd bronx ny 10466 and I went back to cash it and they told me that I had to wait ten days to cash it which I didn't have a problem with. I also tried to buy another money order for 180.00 and I was told by a cashier that she could not sell me the money order because my name has been flagged in the system which I don't understand why because I have been cashing checks with this company for years as well as buying money orders and cashing them and I never had this problem. I really would like to speak to someone in corporate because I feel this is unjust and I believe I was profiled and flagged because the cashier who is a spanish lady believed I was doing something criminal which I was not. Can you please help me out.
