Waffle House - Patty melt

Upon first walking into the restaurant every table was just about full of dirty dishes. One other table beside ours was occupied. We ordered our food I ordered a patty melt plate and an ice tea. Their other person ordered a hamburger and root beer. My toast bacon and burgers were burnt. I sent them back. I got my order back it was done so I could eat. We never got asked to get our drinks refilled or if our food was good.

Desired outcome: They need to be cleaner. Serve food cooked not burnt. They shouldn’t have even served it out the way it was

Waffle House - hamburger

I ordered a Cheeseburger and fries. I hadn't eaten at a Waffle House before. Silly me... they don't serve fries. They serve hash browns but no fries? I ordered onion rings. Nope... don't serve onion rings. So I order the cheeseburger and hash browns. I'm given my order and I take it home and open it up. I went to eat my hamburger and couldn't find the hamburger. I thought..."Are you kidding me? They forgot the hamburger? I started looking around and found it under the cheese. They hamburger was so thin it was actually hidden underneath the melted cheese. I could not believe what I was seeing. The WORST hamburger I attempted to eat which I ended not eating because it basically was bread and condiments. Horrible experience!
