CiCi's Pizza - service /ordered

My name is trena James I came and to cicis pizza off of spring valley Rd and coit Rd I came in around 4:33 I filled out a order that I wanted a fresh zesty ham and cheddar pizza so it took a long time for them to tell me my pizza was ready so I went up there to ask them was my pizza ready and they ask me did I have a number and I said no I just a buzz thing so then they told me it would be ready so I sat back done and the employee came me a ham and cheddar pizza off the buffet not a fresh like I ask for so I really upset I gotta treated like this when I saw all the other customers getting a fresh and made pizza and I had to get a pizza off a buffet i m not please or happy about this at all I will be calling the manger to let them know how I was treated I have a picture of the pizza they gave me
