KFC - fill up box

I originally asked for breast and wing meal but was told they were out of xtracrispy so I ordered the fill up box. When I got home the chicken was not cooked enough the breading was falling off and it was slimy. The order was supposed to come with a cookie which I did not get. I was extremely unhappy with the food . I've never had a bad experience in 25 years with kfc till now.

KFC - overcharging and serving rancid products.

My wife and I went into a KFC on Friday August 8, 2008 and ordered 2 meals. The first order was a 2 piece meal which was advertised on the board at $5.19. The second order was a 3 piece chicken and biscuit with a small side order of mashed potatoes and 3 jalapeno peppers. The cashier rang the order up and gave me a total of $22.07. I questioned the amount because I knew it was erroneous. The cashier then allegedly corrected the problem and gave me a new total of $17.50. I still thought that $17.50 was quite pricy for what we had ordered. The order was then filled and given to my wife and I and we went to sit down and have our meal. I took one look at my jalapeno peppers and they were not green as jalapenos are supposed to be but grey. Those peppers looked as if they had been sitting in vinegar since 1975. Without taking one bite we immediately took the crap back to the counter and demanded a refund. The manager then came to the counter and asked what the problem was. I told her to look at those jalapeno peppers and then asked her if she would eat that. I think that it will be a LONG time before I vist a KFC again if ever. I intend to file a complaint with the KFC Corporate Offices in Michigan as soon as they open on Monday morning.

I LIVE IN JACKSON HEIGHTS QUEENS NY 88th Street &
Northern blvd, went to KFC with a 2o $ bill to my
surprise a 12 pieces bucket was app 27 $ and a sixteen
pieces bucket was including tax over 37$.
Settled for pieces 6 which cost me 15.50$.
To top it all I have had pain stomach for 3 days.
Equally interesting is the fact that they were busy !.
I sure can afford it but even if was fresh, it is not worth
it, i can go to a decent diner for those prices, where do people
get that kind of money these days for trash.
