When ordering at the drive-thru we could hardley understand the employee, finally a lady came on real loud and rude and said what did you want? I said 3 times no cheese on 4 of the soft taco's. Came home every taco had cheese. Took them back and told them. She said oh I thought you said no lettuce. Well I had checked all taco's looking for ones with out chesse and out of 14 taco's only one had no lettuce! They made them and put the bag on the counter and said not a word to me. The counter where they were preparing the tacos looked messy and tacos were sloppily put together. Some had a gang of cheese, some little cheese and one had hardly anthing in it of anything. Very, very disappointed. It is my neighborhood Del Taco. I was not at anytime rude to them. Only took back the 4 soft taco's I requested no cheese on. Date was 5/23/20 around noon.
