The store on navarre road in richville (canton) ohio is a total joke. The store is dirty. The employees are dirty. I frequent here often because it's the closest go to. However, the racks inside are never put away. Shelves are truly always empty. You can't even get down the school section aisle as there is always totes or roll away bins in the way. The parking lot looks like an ashtray. This could be from the 17 smoke breaks your employees take at this location as well. Our small town prides itself on cleanliness and being a little quiet hometown to a lot of people. Your organization should be ashamed of yourself. When it comes time to check out, you have to wait in line for someone to see you. Yesterday I waited for a solid 7 minutes as the line grew behind me because there were two employees in the back of the store. The store constantly looks dirty and unfulfilled. Please do something about this! Clean up the store and employees!
