To whom it may concern,
From July 6-10 my family stayed in your Northridge, CA location and I have to admit it was a terrible experience. The security there is very little to absent, which makes it easy for suspicious guests to get in from the back exit door. But what really make this a disappointing visit was the bed bug bites we encountered, especially to my one year-old son. I called in to your front desk and Melissa seemed to want to solve the problem; but thereafter she has not responded to me. Moreover, I learned Derek is also a supervisor here and he also has not responded to me or my emails. This was our first time at your hotel and definitely will be our last. Thank you for caring about my son's condition.
