Pizza Hut - quality of food

We are regular customers of pizza hut and a couple of days ago we ordered a large no edge pizza (Trying the new things out) well needless to say it was ineditable. It was hard and the edges of the slices were curled up and it tasted nasty. It was so bad I gave a slice to my dog who will eat anything on the spot and he ran outside and burried it.

I really wonder if anyone ever reads these things or does anything about the problem posted?

Things that make you go hummmmmmmmm!

I ORDERED A PIZZA OVER THE INTERNET 744182 0/5/18/11 05:57pM LOCATION [protected] MANAGER JAMES KYLE
PIZZA HUT IN DUNCANVILLE KEEP TAKING MY MONEY AND SENDING ME UN COOKED PIZZA. I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND SPOKEN TO MANAGER JAMES KYLE WHOM LATER CLAIM THAT HE CAN NOT GUARANTEE COOKED PIZZA. LOOK IF I WANTED UNCOOKED PIZZA FOR MY MONEY I LL GO TO A GROCERY STORE. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THE MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD TO DRIVE TO HIM TO GET IT. ALSO IF I WANTED ANOTHER PIZZA ORDERED IT WILL BE AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY. A FORMAL COMPLAINT WERE ISSUED TO PIZZA HUT
