Walmart - ethics policy

I'm disappointed I wrote the Global Ethics Office in July 2017 regarding "dating within the workplace" we're now October 3, 2017 they are still doing who knows what, I got this "Thank you for contacting the Global Ethics Office. This investigation is still ongoing. Due to the company's privacy policy, specific information regarding the investigation cannot be released" so I respond with how do I know anything is being done all I get is a run around...Sigh.

Arrived at 7:00 Easter sunday to have new tires installed that were ordered from site to store since frequently tire dept. does not have adequate stock, Presented Printout from email confirmation and was curtly told by above associate, ie dept. Mgr. that before tire could be installed i MUST go to site to store. The printout clearly states otherwise "Bring this printout to express tire and lube with photo ID and we will complete your order". The tires were ALREADY there in the dept. as told by the dept mgr. I went to Site to Store, where there was NO ONE there. Despite pressing summons button on console NO one showed. accosted several associates coming to work..no help. Finally one calls the front, and in about 15 min. an associate arrives with "its gonna be a few minutes". Last straw folks because NOW i've lost my first customer status in tire and lube. I left, went home, cancelled the order on my computer, and am awaiting credit on my walmart discover card. Also, immediately, filed and mailed a dispute for the $182 which had already been charged to the card even though i had NOT picked up the tires.. CAVEAT EMPTOR. I'm a long time formerly loyal wmt shopper who is no longer even going in that store and if there are credit reversal problems, i will close that account for good.

Could you be a bit more specific?
