stella silk top remy human hair topper
My hair is black so I ordered Stella silk top Remy hair topper in color natural black, but it doesn't look like a black one. It looks more like dark brown. In the pic they have on site the black look similar to my hair color but when I received the product it look more like the dark brown hair they have on the site. Now when I try to return it they say I have to pay for the shipping and restocking fee. The only reason why I want to return it is because it doesn't match with the product color they displayed on the site. If the color of the product was what I have received I wouldn't have ordered it. Now I am loosing my money for something I never used.

it's ok for the price and fit my need
I bought a hair topper from it which is my first topper so I didn't know what to expect. I had it cut to to match my current style. I wear it daily it washed well but the ends feel dry now due to heat styling so I may end up getting it cut again. I've had it since February so at 99$ if I get a year out of it I'll be happy. It has a few white hairs, I like it cos helps tricking the eye. I've seen more expensive ones with less quality. I'm going to sew clips in the front because I feel secure that way.

I ordered my wig so that I would have it by the holidays. But after receiving the emailed receipt, it said I wouldn't get it for 6 to 7 weeks. So I tried to call to cancel but never reached anybody on the phone line (evidently the phone lines haven't worked for quite a while), or received any answer from my emails. After reading all of the other negative reviews I've realized now that Uniwigs is possibly a scam and I have lost my money!
I have purchased quite a few uniwigs pieces (okay, a lot of them), but hands down, this is my favorite.
Yes, the hair is silky and beautiful, yes the silk top is incredibly realistic just as you would expect...but for me the big win here is the base. The 6*7 oblong shape is a perfect fit for my head (finally!) and, most importantly, there is SO much silk! Almost the entire cap is silk, which means you have lots of flexibility when parting the piece. This is a huge deal for me because I prefer a deep side part and many silk-top pieces can't accommodate that because the silk area is narrow. Not Bella, though! This really is the perfect topper for me and I couldn't be happier with it.

it takes so long to receive the human hair wigs
I really liked this product. The length was good and the color is true to the photos. The only reason why this is a 4/5 star is because I wish there was more hair/volume. I'm not sure if it was because I got it later than usual and I kept calling in and they probably feel rushed. One more thing to note is that if you decide to order this, it's a month wait. They said that's because all of their wigs are 100% hand-made, so if you want it for a special day, you should order a month ago.

First impression: Very nice looking hair. I like the curls. Had to go online to learn how to wash and cut lace. No instructions included. Smells a little funny. Didn't wash it yet, afraid to lose curls if I wash and comb out completely. Will I? I don't want to straighten it, or curl it if I don't have to. The hair looks nice on although it sheds some, especially when working with it. My main problem is the top doesn't sit flat on my head it gaps even when snapped into place, and I tried to use Got2Glued Styling Gel I've seen in videos that people say to use. How do you use to keep it down, I tried to hold it down for awhile but it wouldn't seal. I don't have 2 hours to prepare to leave the house and wonder if it will come unsealed once out if I did get it to stay down. :( I cut the lace already so I can't return it. I don't really want to return it. So the two times I've worn it now, I've wore a bandana over the hairline so I don't have to worry about it but don't want to have to do that all the time. I never received my only one item. Even though I ordered it 8 weeks ago. I don't understand what exactly could happen, but I am tired of waiting.
I tried to contact them many times, but all of my attempts didn't work.
Haven't found good reviews about them, so probably they are fraudsters for real.
Be careful, don't buy from them and don't risk your hard-earned money.

no updates and no delivery from these scammers
Don’t deal with Uniwigs. I ordered 2 wigs from them, but they only told me that my order was shipped. After that no info or updates. I sent emails and called them, but no one replied. I tried to call them every day, but the phone was busy or no one picked up. The worst services and not recommended website. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
