I call today about package 1Z2E951W0300002742 to see why u guys was 1 day late with my package your csr was extreme rude he didnt want transfer me to superviser about the situation he was just reading off the screen it my son bday today and i suppose have the box since yesterday he was laughing and he put me hold for 15 mins and i currently waiting as i write this bad for bussiness im never using u guys again

UPS about a delivery

On December 6th, 2017 I was supposed to receive a delivery. I checked my phone throughout the day to see if my package was delivered. Around 3 o'clock I arrived home and notice my package was still not delivered. I sat in my living room with my mother as I waited for my package. Around 4 o'clock I checked my app and it says my package was delivered. I checked my front door and back door and did not see a package. I immediately went outside and looked around my house and no package was insight. I called customer service who called the driver and said the package was delivered. How could you deliver a package and not ring the doorbell or knock you simply leave it at the door when there's a car parked in the driveway. This is my third time making a complaint and instead of you guys talking about how you can compensate me, everyone I talk to defends the driver that he delivered my package. It is a known fact that you guys drivers STEAL! I am so disappointed in your service and as someone who works in customer service I know good service and very BAD service!

UPS delivery

I understand this is the busiest time of the year for shipping companies and you may not have enough delivery trucks.

UPS delivery guy using a non standard delivery vehicle, I noticed him in my drive fairly close to my open shop garage door. He had already gotten back in his vehicle and he noticed me walking toward him. He got out and that is when I saw he was dressed in brown. I informed him that his vehicle needed UPS signs on the sides and back, he had already told his managers of the need for signs. If he had not gotten out of the vehicle and spoke with me I would of called the law that a vehicle was backed into my drive.

UPS undelivered package

1za4y358yw10257709 this package has not been delivered is not at the customer pick up center either ups phone app is inaccurate with it's information then they tell me the driver "franie" has the package and it will be delivered today and not at the service center for pickup because they missed the hold and left it o. The truck. This pa page was supposed to have been delivered sure post but I escalated it to ups for 3.50 usd and I have spent over 2 hours at the 70508 service center and well over 3 hours on hold at the 1800 number. Enough is enough where the hell us my package that I paid for and your lousy company has lost? I demand and deserve the same service provided to businesses not to be given a 100% bull [censor] different answer on every single attemp to pick up or call. This is ridiculous and I will be posting this and your response to every single source possible to let other VICTIMS of UPS lousy customer service! My next call is to my local news so they too can broadcast the debacle that your company is.

UPS ups driver

UPS license plate RAD-803
I was coming up to a Red light in the far right lane at union and 2nd. I was coming in to the middle lane going around someone doing 20mph in a 40mph zone and the driver of the UPS vehicle was in the far left lane and with no blinker cuts me off at the red light to where I had to lock up my breaks. Then he rockets off when the light turns green and drives 50 mph in a 40 mph area.

UPS ups south africa / non-existent customer service

UPS South Africa is a complete joke - but not in a funny way.
I paid a small fortune to have an item shipped from the USA because UPS guaranteed delivery on 4 Dec. The package has been sitting at UPS Johannesburg hub since Sat 2 Dec. There has been absolutely zero communication / feed back from UPS concerning the hold up. It is extremely difficult to bet through to the customer service help desk - the phone just rings or gets picked up and immediately hung up again. When someone answers eventually, they are incapable of offering any help. I checked online and this seems to be the norm - customers complaining about the lack of service, sometimes waiting weeks and even longer for packages to be delivered, customs fees being inflated, etc..
Horrifically bad service from UPS South Africa - don't use them ever.

I experienced a totally unprofessional, incompetent, and lying service here.
I was informed on 3 separate occasions I would receive my package from the UK after paying for the invoice to release the goods. Over time they eventually told me the package had been destroyed for not being collected! So they stole my money and didn’t deliver. No answers to E mails and zero customer support. Do not use this thieving company in South Africa.

UPS package truck driver

I live at 401 Fairview ave Colonia nj. We have to buzz anyone to let them into lobby . Your driver doesn't buzz the apartment number prior for entry . I saw him today and tried to communicate that management told the tenants that if the package is not for the individual yourself we are not suppose to let anyone in the lobby area. He through the package he was delivering onto the shelf by mailboxes and refuse to talk to me. Said he had no time to discuss the deliveries. He was very rude . Several complaint have already been communicated in reguards to deliveries here with ups. Situation is getting worse. I personally prior was tracking my package and it was left at the local ups store for me to pick up. I was home all day that day, no notification sticker was even left . The driver made no attempt at all to deliver package. Falsifying attempted delivery is wrong .when your driver never even came to the delivery address. [protected] is my number if you can contact me in reguards to this manner.or email at [protected]@yahoo.com. I am a former employee of the Raritan center retired. Disgracefully on how your driver treats customer and not to mention handing and falsifying delivery's . 12/6/17 is this date 4 pm was when driver was here.

UPS paid for two day shipping

I paid extra for two day shipping on my order from Wal-Mart through ups so I could get the perfect gift out has now been over a week I have tried calling and all I got was a [censor] robot who can't help and won't transfer you to a damn agent when you call this will be the last time I ever use ups and I will recommend everyone I know to stop using ups

1Z3Y268ENT40124216 Next day air of $40 12/4/17. Pkg rec'd to local UPS 12/5 at 1:27 pm, held there until next day. Opportunity to fulfill next day air missed. Package put on a regular truck route 12/6/17 & not given priority, not delivered by 1:27 which is over 24 hrs local UPS in possession of package. Next day air should have special delivery fix

UPS shipping/ lost package

I have ordered one product from Best Buy and when it was shipped on 11/29/2017, it shows delivery date of 12/05/2017. Up till yesterday it was showing the same and also the last arrival scan was at Lenexa, KS on 12/03/2017 at 12:29 am. There was no information after that. I have called UPS last evening and she said its in transit and if I don't receive it by 7 pm yesterday, call them back.

I have called again 1:37 pm on 12/06/2017 and its 2:37 pm and I am still on call with UPS. the lady said of so sorry and we will investigate and in order to do that she has to fill a form. She asked me 10 questions about the product, price, color and order #, that I have provided.

After 30 min of wait she said at this time he only ting she can do to tell me that go to ups.com and track my package and use my phone number for alerts which I have already done couple of days ago and not helpful. I then ask for her supervisor as she doesn't know where my package is.

After 5 min of hold she came back and said that because of Black Friday, UPS was very busy and backed up and hired more drivers to deliver the packages which is totally irrelevant.

I again ask for her supervisor and it has been 12 min to find a supervisor. She said there is a 20 min hold for a supervisor. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

UPS has 2 options, one they can find my product and deliver it today or I can go Best Buy and get a new one and UPS will pay for it.

UPS driver - newnan, georgia

12/5/17. The delivery driver for UPS to our location is extremely rude. AAMCO University. 1963 AAMCO Drive - Newnan, GA 30265. He comes into our business with an attitude, literally huffing and puffing and sighing. Yesterday when he delivered a package, he drops it on the floor as if it weighs a ton or he is just trying to get rid of it. He had no idea if the items in the box were breakable or not and we do not appreciate such handling of our deliveries.

If this young man is not happy in his job, I sugguest he finds a new one. It is poor customer service and looks bad to our clientele when they are in our office and he enters with this disposition.

Perhaps he can be put on another route and not deliver to our location any longer. Many of our employees have complained about him to me.

UPS unethical behavior

I have been waiting for my order to arrive. It was due to arrive 12/02/17 but I received a infonotice stating I was unavailable at time of delivery. InfoNotice #- [protected] 9 Although I was home in my apartment. The second incident happened yesterday after I talked to customer service I was told that I would have my package re delivered. I live in a gated apartment on 1740 Loma Vista St Apt N, Riverside, CA 92507 but the gate will remain open for deliveries and a sign will be posted. Once again, I was home all day waiting for my package and received an infonotice # [protected] 1 at 8:51 pm on the gate to the apartments. The sign was ripped off and on the floor for deliveries. Last attempt was today at 8:56pm this time a neighbor saw the sign ripped off by your UPS driver and two infonotice were left on the gate. One for me which is #[protected] 0 and one for Apt F. My original order was meant for one day delivery. My package has been sent back to sender and I am disappointed with your drivers lack of integrity. All of this could have been avoided had your driver done his job. I spent those days waiting for my package and wasted 3 days just waiting.

UPS following shipping instructions

Shipments, as I constantly have theft problem I specially ASK them to ship to Blaine for pick up but NOOO have me to drive over there and only to found out the next day that is was to COMPTON really who does that... So I ask why they could not send to 950 Blaine as I originally requested and they said No we can not do that really... Lastly gave me spell O this is the place for shipments...

UPS late delivery

I have two packages - one is a week late and the other is 3 days late now.

Dear UPS,

If you want to be a relevant company in the coming years, consider revising your policies. You should not be taking on more deliveries than you can handle. In addition, stop giving customers vague reasons as to why their package is delayed. For example, "delayed delivery due to operating conditions." This does not mean a damn thing to a customer. The reason is invalid; it would be much better to say you can't deliver the packages on time because you took on too many orders.

This is not a new problem, every year there is a Black Friday weekend. Plan for it, come on. FedEx is doing just fine.

UPS throwing my items

To whom it may concern,
Over the last 4 months, my husband and I are experiencing problems with every delivery to our home. We have lived here for 3 years, and never had this much trouble until now. We live in a gated community and there is a sign on our gate that says, call this number to open gate, with a number below which is connected to the office. They will open the gate if you call that number but Ups delivery drivers stopped doing that. Our gate system is opened with a clicker, my landlord time and time again, has given the drivers clickers to help with the problem. Every single one has been lost by UPS to insufficiently, laziness, and complete disregard for the job. Now, they throw our packages over the gate, I just went out to find my package in the street and I'm furious. We can't order fragile items online, because if UPS is delivering it, we will find it broken, again due to them just throwing our packages. I'm having to cancel my amazon prime because of UPS and the poor delivery standards. This is ridiculous. I can't even order a dvd if I want it in tact. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I'm begging you, do something about this or I will be forced to not use UPS again, and we really like you, just not recently. It is not that difficult for a driver to call a number to open a gate. Or if UPS could release a new system for delivery drivers and gated communities, that would be helpful too. UPS I work for ups haven't got paid and 3 weeks and a worker threatened me!!!

Well i started as a Seasonal Helper and was told we get paid every week. Iits the 4th week and still havent got paid for the last 3weeks and ive been calling since the first week i havent got paid. I talk to supervisor they jang up in my face in had me on hold for hours just to hang up as im waiting. I kept calling today 12/05/2017 in the girl who put me on hold told me to stop calling ive been calling all day and call me from a different number and threatened me told me " Come up here and when you do suit up" which means fight i feel threatened for my life i dont want to continue to work there. I just want my money! Also lost my room because i havent got paid to pay my room mate for this months rent!

UPS delivery service

my name is william huber i own a business in stockton ca. we are gated for safety, our ups driver is terrible we have had several packages returned to sender . fed ex and usps have no problem getting our deliveries to us. our ups driver is not doing his or her job on a couple of items no tags or knowledge ups has even been here and items returned to sender these parts are needed to run our mfg plant. furthermore when two tag were left recently they were left unfilled out no info or tracking number. i took them to the local hub and they found my item, they too said the tags should be filled out to contact corp to complain . this cost me and my vendors time money and is upsetting that this driver can not honk horn fill out tag or make honest effort . fed ex and usps know us, greet us and are very friendy wtf with ups

UPS overnight shipping package not being delivered 1z2x48660143292435

Hi, this is Shashikanth Enamanagandla, i have shipped(Overnight delivery) an item through UPS on 30th Nov 2017, Thursday evening from Plano, TX(Source) location to Houston, TX(Destination). It was supposed to be delivered by 1st Dec 2017, Friday morning 10 AM. I have been calling since Friday and talked to 10 people already and every one says it will be delivered the next day, but nothing is happening. I have some important documents in that package and it has to be delivered ASAP.
Some of the agents are very rude they just hung up on me and again i have to wait like at-least 30 mins to get hold of another agent.

This is very very very very urgent to me and someone please please please helps me on this.

UPS package delivery to my home

Last week i was expecting a package on a certain date. I left my garage door open because in the past the driver usually left it at my back door. The garage door was left open all day for delivery. I found my package at 6:00 am the next morning left on the main street in front of my house propped up under my mail box. Anyone driving by could have just stopped, tossed it in their car and driven off. Is this delivery because the delivery driver was to lazy to get out of his truck and walk to my door...I'm sure it was. Seems as though the drivers are getting lazy and inconsiderate of the money folks spend to have packages delivered to their home. Someone needs to have a "SERIOUS" conversation with these folks about delivery services. I hope i run into the next delivery person that has the gall to do this.

UPS ups is the worst

I had a package on the truck for delivery on 11/30/17. It was not delivered. I called customer service and spent an hour on the phone for the rep to tell me that there were more important packages to be delivered that day and since min was ground it would definitely be delivered the following day. The following day it just sat in the facility and never moved. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor and was told it may be delivered that day but hey are busy. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service. The following day it was still sitting in the facility and had not moved in more than 24 hours. I called customer service again and spent 2 hours on the phone to be told by a supervisor oh it hasn't moved in 24 hours so it must me lost. Filled out the proper paperwork for a lost package and suddenly it appeared. It was on the truck to be delivered yesterday but was never delivered again. I was told by a supervisor today oh they are just to busy and didn't have time to deliver it, AGAIN! Spent 2 and a half hours on the phone. This is the most rediculas thing and most stressful thing to go through. UPS should not put customers through this just to get a package delivered. They act surprised that they are busy around Christmas time and apparently are to cheap to staff properly so that the customers can be serviced properly. I will file a complaint with the state attorney Generals office and the BBB as well because this is out of hand. They also keep deleting parts of the package history not showing all the drama they are putting me through.
