UPS delivery driver did not knock to pick up a package that required my presence at the time.

Delivery driver did not knock to pick up a package that required my presence at the time. I requested a pick up service from UPS, and I was required to be home at the time of pick up. I was home, and the driver did not knock ( I was by the door so would have heard), and left a label stating he had attempted to pick up package. I called after him while he was walking away and he did not stop. He was close enough to hear me calling loudly. He deliberately chose to fulfill my request. I took time off from work to be present for pick up.

UPS a driver running a red light and nipping my car

Good afternoon I'm totally shaking right now I'm so sorry . I was driving turning onto Ella grass Blvd in New haven CT and your driver license plate number A310241 truck number 863035 ran a red light as oncoming cars were turning the side he was on was fully red and he was on his phone talking to someone. After nipping my car thank God I swerved or it would have done extreme damage to my car he just waved his hands. I try to chase him down to let him know what he did but I couldn't catch him because he again ran another light and the oncoming cars again blew and abruptly stopped. In have A wife that's seven months pregnant and she is so frantic as well as I I had to find a safe place to pull over and regain my composure. He definitely has to do better this happened around 1p.m. today .please please please have safer drivers on the road .That was a scary encounter I hope nobody else has to encounter. Thanks a lot me driver we were going to the beach but knowing he is somewhere on the road we will opt to go back home my three kids in the back are a nervous wreck smh

Hi, as per the system, shipment of 10 cartons were handed to UPS HK (from Shenzhen) on 27 June 2018. The cargo was in HK for a few days before they were exported on 2 Jul. What was more ridiculous is that the cargo was shipped to Taiwan (destination country) and back to China on 3 July and still in there on 4 July. What's the point of having to pay for expedited delivery when it was taking more than a week and still not delivered.

I have been shipping my shipments out of Shenzhen and this delivery is getting out of hand. Feedback to UPS HK - and the lady Linda Evans is not really helpful at all.

I have had another shipment to the same customer via DHL - handled on 27 June and was delivered early this week.

Cargo is needed urgently and yet this logistic is getting out of hand. Please help. Thank you.

UPS delivery to the wrong apt

I have order my lap top from finger hut online 6/21/18 which of course had to be delivered by UPS no problem, I never had a problem with UPS delivery until now. So as I track my package it stated it's going to be delivered on 7/2/18 from 9am-8pm. I then get a notification that my package was delivered 7/2/18 2:26pm . I find that really odd as I did not receive my package or heard a knock or anything at my door, when I was waiting and expecting for my package. I then started to panic remind you that I am 8 months pregnant and hormones is way out at this point. I then went to my office manager as I live in an apartment building. I asked my manager to look at the cameras maybe some one took it off my front door or something. As we seen the UPS guy come in to our gate went back and forth in the front for like 2 minutes didnt even try to go into the hall ways where the rest of the apts are at then he just dropped it off to apt #326 no even near my apt which is #426. As I went to apt #326 there goes my package with my full name, full mailing address, and my phone number. I dont understand how he can make that mistake. this is a couple of hundreds of dollars worth of a product which is a lap top. and he was just so careless and was ready to just leave so quickly. that is poor service especially for a big company name UPS. Hopefully you guys can track down who delivered this as he needs to be re trained or something. we order stuff that is expensive and you guys treat it like its nothing. how hard is it to look at the number? dont you guys take a picture of the package you leave at the porch? i bet you the address number doesnt match as he never came to my apt and we got him on camera. i was so upset for the rest of the night. spending hundreds of money when it almost went into someones else hands. i cannot believe this.

UPS delivery

For several months my packages have been dropped off on the road at the end of my driveway. During inclement weather the packages have been soaked through with rain and snow because they have been left on the ground. Several times packages have fallen over into the actual road because of careless placement. I had a vacuum delivered by UPS and when I got home I saw it had been hit by a car. I edited the address and delivery instructions on all deliveries since to specifically state that packages should be delivered to my door but they continue to be left at the end of my driveway. I do not see any reason why my packages cannot be delivered directly to my door since USPS and Fedex have no problem properly delivering them there.

UPS delivery

I received a shipment today for tracking #: 1z305y4w0318782395. The driver did not leave the package in a secure location. When I went to retrieve the package 5 minutes later, the box was damaged and the item was gone. I had to call amazon for a replacement. These delivery drivers failed to handle people packages with respect. This is unacceptable that I have to call for replacements when the driver should've done his job. I hate that amazon use this carrier as a way to ship to consumers. Of all the postal carriers, this is by far the worst of them all. Calling ups is no better, the agents that answer the phone are so quick to dismiss you like the problem is not their fault. I am not a happy customer for ups and refuse to use this service any more. Train your drivers to do the job properly or find someone who can.

UPS driver lied about package pick-up

I contacted Amazon to return five packages on Thurs., 6/28. Received Tracking info, prepared packages with this info and put them next to the door. I followed directions from Amazon that UPS would pick-up the following day, would bring mailing labels and that an adult needed to be present. I sat in my kitchen the entire day on Friday, 6/29. If I needed to leave the room, my mother stayed by the door to wait for pick-up. I went out on my front porch to water plants around 4:00 and found mailing stickers lying on the floor showing pick-up attempted. Your driver completely lied about the pick-up. He never even attempted to knock. There were three adults and two dogs at home the entire day, saying he attempted in any way, shape or form is a complete lie. I had the packages sitting next to the door waiting for driver. My mother or I were never four feet from the door. I'm furious with this driver and would like to know why you would even hire someone like this who is to lazy to do his job. (he also has left packages in the rain because he is so lazy he can't put them on the porch- two boxes were so wet that they fell apart and I had to bring in the contents piece by piece-luckily for your company nothing was damaged). I called the customer service line as soon as I saw the labels lying on the porch. They had someone from the local UPS center call me. He said driver was no longer in the area and I would have to wait until Monday. I told him this was not my error, his driver was at fault and asked for his supervisor. He said he was the only supervisor there. He also told me I didn't need to be home, just leave the packages outside for pick-up. This is not the instructions given to me by Amazon, which I have a print-out of. I'm sure you are completely familiar with Amazon's return instructions. Two of the packages contain dresses which I paid $250 each for. Would you just leave them outside for pick-up? This was not acceptable to me, I needed these packages picked up Friday, 6/29 as promised. I waited another hour and called customer service again and was again told someone would call me back within the hour, but no one called the second time. Here are two of the tracking numbers: 1Z67630Y7806262274 & - 1Z67630Y7806317563, the names on the returns are Donna Lipari and Elsie Bernier. Our phone contact number is [protected]. I'm sure you find the other three tracking numbers in your system. Resolution: My five packages picked up on Monday, July 2nd. - Driver apologize to you and I for lying to both of us by stating that pick-up was attempted - Immediate reimbursement for the $6.00 per package charge times five packages for a total of $30.00 as my paperwork states my packages would be picked the following business day and they were not due to driver error - and now that I have been instructed by your local supervisor to leave my packages outside, this means you are now completely responsible for any damage to the items in these packages. Your driver's negligence has cost me time and money because my packages were not picked up on 6/29. I will notify you if additional charges occur due to this incident.

UPS parking.

Today at 11:35 at CVS located at 3502 SE MILITARY DR., San Antonio, TX, a UPS driver parallel park and took up to handicapp parking spaces. When I informed him his response was I left two open. If four people that were handicapped pull up only two would be able to park. It is small parking lot he could have move down some. He was not the regular driver for the route.

UPS lack of delivery, malicious rude employees

Took a package to be overnighted from the Albuquerque shipping. Rude woman, Paula, at the shipping counter berated me for coming to the counter with the box taped up. Told me not to come back to the facility unless the box is open for inspection. Handed her my drivers license she stuck it on her register then rudely barked at me "I need your drivers license "
I replied she had it, after I paid she dropped the cards in front of my outstretched hand. Package was NOT marked overnight paid $130.51 and it didn't make it. This took place on 6/14 and still waiting for a refund, they have lied and delayed every step of the way. Dumped me on hold on 3 separate phone calls. Being another 2 weeks for refund. Box returned stained like someone poured liquid over it, damaged, broken open. This was a suit for a funeral and UPS FAILED miserably. Oh and because I dared to complain I have been getting the shaft because that is how UPS operates. If they were serving you food they would spit in...that is the spirit of this company and nothing they have done has shown me anything different.

UPS package not left at my home address

I got a notice that my package is being left at a UPS Access Point
I'm an electrical contractor and have items delivered to my home occasionally. I don't and never have had an issue with packages left at my address. Now I have to go 5 to 8 miles out of way to get it and bring to my customer costing me time and money. How do I arrange for this not to happen anymore?

UPS ups

Unfortunately I do not have the drivers name but my Address is 7120 Turkey Creek Rd. Plant city fl. She regularly drives that route. I recently I had a lady UPS driver try to deliver a package that was not mine on two separate occasions. Granted, the names on the packages were similar to mine and the address was similar as well, but packages were not mine. When addressing the driver I got a less than pleasant attitude. Now, on three separate occasions she has sent packages that actually belong to me back to sender as undeliverable. Not even attempting to deliver them to my residence. I feel as if she is singling out my household and refusing to deliver my packages (which contain important medication for my 3 year old that I cannot get without having UPS deliver it).
Please let me know if I can do anything to provide anymore information.

UPS ups driver almost caused an accident

June 26, 2018, Tuesday. While driving on Greaves Way heading south, UPS driver (driving truck with license plate number C45946C) at about 410 pm, coming from Clear Creek Rd, makes right turn onto Greaves Way (does this while Greaves Way light is turned green). I was following a minivan on Greaves Way and UPS driver cut me off because right lane he was on was going to be a right turn only lane and he needed to get on left lane.

UPS I am complaining about shipping from mississauga to montreal

I am not happy with ur service
I ordered 2 boxes from ottawa
About the first one the guy knocks the door and my girlfriend said to him just one seconds she was on the phone he just left the box infront of the door and left.
For the second one we went out on a vacation when I arrived to the appartement I saw the order left in front of the door and I dont know for how long it was there
But its really not professional...

UPS delivery always being delivered to wrong address

Our UPS packages are always being delivered to the wrong address. We have made several complaint but to no avail has the issue been resolved. Shipping is paid to be delivered to the address noted. This issue continues as a paying customer I should not have to hunt down my package in our business complex. Most recent was a delivery made on Monday 6/25/18 at 8:39am tracking ID 92612904851889551494935649 . Our business hrs are from 6:30am-3:00pm so I not sure why this continues to be an issue with our deliveries. The drivers behavior has not been rectify. Please address this issue.

UPS delivery of a perishable package resulting in damage

Package was a gift of 4 gourmet decorated Mrs Prindables caramel apples shipped out 2nd Day Air [code # 1ZA901T80250318278] from Niles Illinois on Monday 6/18/18, delivered at about 3:40 pm 6/20/18 to Newport News Virginia 23608. I was upstairs in my townhouse and heard 2 quick knocks at the door. I got to the door within 30 seconds of the knocks to discover a package on the threshold between the glass storm door and my front door. Package is marked with the Mrs P logo and "contents perishable." Box had one corner bashed in, but didn't look too bad at first. I've gotten deliveries from Mrs P before and knew they packed them well. Driver did not stand in front of the door for me to sign anything or to stand by as I checked an obviously damaged package. Truck was parked outside in front of my neighbor's door to the east of me, I could not see the driver, not sure if driver was delivering another package nearby and was out of sight or already inside the truck. It was warm outside and I knew if it was Mrs Prindables that there would be chocolate involved, so decided it was better to check it inside.

I opened the box quickly to assess damage in the room nearest the front door. Mrs Prindables items are professionally packed, I've never had damage of any contents in previous gifts received. In this delivery, each decorated caramel apple was individually plastic-wrapped, placed in a cardboard and plastic ribboned box that held & kept each decorated apple slightly apart. The ribboned box was then insulated with 3 Nordic Ice packs along one long side, then box and packs were wrapped by a small sheet of large-bubble bubble wrap. This wrapped combo was placed inside a customized double-layer [outer side metallic] bubble wrap box that fit the shipping box's interior exactly. Two air pillows were tucked on the short ends of the ribboned box inside the bubble wrap box so the ribboned box would not shift, then the double-bubble wrap box was inserted into the cardboard shipping box, "origami folded" shut and heat sealed along the top to fit inside the exact interior dimensions of the shipping box. It took time to cut into the bubble wrap box and unpack to see damage! The truck was gone by the time I returned to the door to try and catch the driver.

The apple at the dented end of the shipping box felt intact but its caramel & chocolate decor had smeared and melted into a mess inside its plastic wrapper. The other 3 apples were still, amazingly, perfect, despite the fact that the temperature inside the double-bubble wrap box felt higher than the outside temperature of the shipping box as felt by my hands. All 3 Nordic ice packs were liquid and warmer than room temperature. The 2 air pillows at each end of the ribboned box had no air left in them, so must have burst when the bump on one end happened.

Obviously, the box had been roughly bumped or dropped on one end. The large sticker mentioning "dry ice" and the "perishable" notices on every side of the box were ignored/not taken seriously. This package was exposed to high temperatures for a long time either on the 2-Day air journey or on the delivery truck. Nordic ice packs hold cold so long they have a warning stating to NOT put them in contact with human skin for medical uses once frozen. It took a lot to melt all 3 ice packs. I can't see how the box could have been better insulated or packed, so the damage is all on UPS. I'm glad I was home, or else all 4 apples could have been ruined.

When a package is so obviously damaged as this, delivery drivers used to stand by to let the recipient check for damage. Why wasn't that done here? I refrigerated the apples immediately and hope the only damage was the melted confections on the one apple.

BTW the apple with melted confections was still edible after refrigerated. I do not fault Mrs Prindables.

UPS delivery method 6/20/2018

I have noticed that the delivery person does not knock or ring the doorbell anymore. They just put the package at the door and drive off in a hurry. Yesterday I was sitting near the door and I heard a noise, I looked out the window and saw the truck. When I open the door the package was on the porch and he was driving off. What if I was not at home or weather bad. This has been occurring quite a bit since I am nearly disabled and do mail order a lot.

UPS complaint against delivery driver

I need to make a complaint against a driver that just delivered several packages to our facility. (6/20/2018) The front desk told him since the packages were quite large, to go to our receiving department. He then proceeded to tell the receptionist that he was not going to wait on someone there and then shoved them through a small glass window at our front desk. Our waiting room was extremely full and he made a scene in front of our patients by shoving boxes through the window and knocking over the information we have set out on the counter. The staff member then told him that they really have to be delivered to the receiving department. He then said, "I don't have time to wait on people!" Got her signature and then stomped off. We had several comments from patients stating that he is clearly in the wrong business. I do not know his name, but I do have the tracking number of one of the boxes he delivered. #1Z5590310343877793. He refused to follow our policy and deliver the packages where they should be delivered, then raised his voice to the staff members telling him where to go. He acted completely inappropriate and will not be allowed to deliver to our facility again. If someone could please look into this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

UPS driver and supervisor managing my delivery

The driver dropped my packages confront of my house and ran off. Boxes were torn driver didn't take into consideration where he leftthe boxes of a high value delivery. After contacting UPS countless times and telling them my pregnamy sister could not move anything. Ups finally said the driver would return and fix his mistake he did not show and told his supervisor we had moved the boxes already. I spoke to dispatch and said I wanted to lodge a formal complaint and to have the supervisor call me back. Instead of listening to me today the supervisor hung up on me. How is this business? My boxes are ruined and the driver and the supervisor disrespected the the shipment and me! I would like to be compensated for all of the hours lost yesterday my ruined boxes and for the disrespect I incurred with your staff! Management does not hang up on a customer! Having worked in the service industry I am shocked at your staff and their behaviour and furious with ups for allowing this to happen. I will never be using your services again and want to lodge a formal complaint against both the driver and supervisor. Both should be fired or reprimanded! I wasted 8 hours and was disrespected and my property was damaged!

UPS dangerous 18 wheeler driver

I had a driver that tried to run me off the road when I was attempting to pass him with a legal merge. (Right lane was ending and he came over toward my car --for no reason other than to block me from passing-- almost causing me to hit 2 large rocks on the side of the road). I have a dash cam and will retrieve the video in the morning (I was headed to work, and will be there til morning).

UPS received but opened not by me

I had lutheren social services help me obtain my birth certificate from Denver Co. To Las Vegas Nv, it was my assumption that it was illegal to open mail not intended for you. When i got it my mail, ot was opened. What i want is for UPS to make sure it goes to the individual and not them. All mail that you or the mail service is opened by the person who it doesnt belong to. I want charhes filed on the and there board of directors fired or investigated for illegal activities when it comes to mail. Thank you for hearing my concern.
