UPS unethical behaviour

It's been a nightmare with UPS shipping. UPS customer service advised me I had to go to the UPS office in Mississauga Ontario and clear the customs upon which the boxes will be available. At the facility they advised me that the boxes won't be available until after 6pm. At 6pm I called UPS customer service and they said the boxes are ready for pickup. However when I went to facility again the boxes weren't there and they closed at 7pm. I rang UPS customer service and explained the situation and told them to change the delivery address to Waterloo Ontario address as they won't be delivering untll Monday and we were leaving Brampton on Saturday. They have now left the boxes outside at the door at Brampton address without my permission. No one is at the Brampton address for 2 weeks now so can assume the boxes are missing. Spoke to UPS customer service now. I got in touch with a "supervisor' who said they aren't willing to do anything to rectify it. The Supervisor advised me its UPS policy to leave packages outside if the driver feels its safe. I asked the supervisor for her name so I can file a formal compliant. She would not disclose are name and hung up the phone. Very unethical behaviour and worst customer service. Did not expect this from a company like UPS. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

UPS otr truck driver on i65 south

Please contact me for videos of your driver passing in a no passing zone, holding up interstate traffic for miles. It took him so long to pass another truck that I had to break it up into two videos. Both videos show the driver doing less than the posted car speed on I65 South and he chose to illegally hold up traffic for over three miles while taking his time passing another truck driver, beginning at mile marker 31. Ironically, 50 yards after passing signage indicating that no trucks are to be in the left lane, your driver chose to cut over, narrowly in front of faster moving cars to pass the other truck driver. We figured we would check with you on handling it first, before turning it over to the state police. We weren't able to upload the videos while driving due to the length.

UPS delivery

Its has been 2 weeks My package is being handle in the Ups warehouse...it start with the driver not making the delivery on January 25 in a feight truck 18 wheeler... the driver stated that the road "LOOKED LIKE A DEAD END" after being the told that the road circles around the Ups warehouse in Port allen Louisiana refuesed and Told me i had to pick the package up...i ask why should i traveler 1 and half hour to pick it up when ups can change the delivery to a ground truck...if i can fit the package in my van it can be delivered in a regular Ups trucker...After speaking to a representative on Tuesday January 30 i agreed to meet the 14/18 wheeler at an agreed location on February 1 between 3 to 6...only for me to call the UPS in port allen Louisiana for them to tell me that it was not put in the system to be delivered ...Now thet are HOLDing it until next Thursday...before delivering...I NEEDED IT LAST WEEK contact me ASAP at [protected]

UPS lack of delivery services and lack respectful.

My name is Tony Bobet, I resided at 1710 Seward Avenue, Apt#5-G, Bronx, New York City 10473. I want to file an complaint of lack of service of UPS. They located at 55 Glendale NE, Atlanta, CA 30328. I order an RCA Shelf Stereo with 5 CD player and 300 watts. the order# [protected], price $99.99. I suppose to received the item today, 1/02/18. I had problem with order. I have to lose my doctor appointment twice. they want me to travel to located Branch at 585 Brush Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10465. And, its will cold outside.

UPS rogue driver - not showing up to pick up my package

My name is Michelle Pitts and I live in Santa Ana, CA. I had requested a pick up On-line and received tracking #1Z3764A77803529917. It instructed me that someone will be picking up my package at my house. The pick up was set for Tuesday, and NO ONE showed up. I tried to be proactive and see if i can have the driver at my office take the package with him the following day. Unfortunately, he can't. The Anaheim location had to print out the label. I went on line again to track the status. Per comments in the system, "driver came by 2x and that no one was home." This was a lie. I NEVER saw a notice on my front door that someone came by. My mom was home. I called the 800 #, they were nice, told me that they will need to escalate the situation to a manager and someone will call me in an hour. Debbie called, apologized. She printed out the label and will instruct the driver NOT to report that he's been at the location when he has not. Something to do with if it's the 3rd time, they will cancel the tracking and I have to do this all over again. She said someone was going to be there Monday. I said that my mother will be home around 1 since she has a doctors appt that day. She said it's not problem. She will instruct the driver. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! Debbie called me on 1/30, apologized. Said she will send the driver out that night, NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! I followed up yesterday regarding my escalated situation! Debbie called back and said that it's because of the complex gate - Ok, I'll bite. She said she will send the driver back out and that he has my number to call me. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO PHONE CALLS! I called the 800 # again tonight, Joseph was very helpful but was overshadowed by the poor service and LIES THAT I'VE BEEN GIVEN. I asked how many times do I have to do this; call to have my package picked up? Should be one he said. I said wrong, try again. I am so disappointed, frustrated and angered by the lies, the disrespect of the driver to their managers since he willy nilly disregard orders. I suppose that's how it is at UPS. I will NEVER, NEVER use UPS! YOUR DRIVERS ARE A DISGRACE SPECIALLY THE ONE IN MY AREA. LIES ABOUT PICKUPS! YOUR MANAGERS ARE NOT EFFECTIVE TO BE MANAGERS, THE DRIVER IS NOT LISTENING to her! I don't normally write to complain since I know that people do have pride in their work. BUT AT UPS, THERE IS NOOOO PRIDE AT ALL. I may be black listed or the driver in my area may retaliate and not deliver my packages, I suppose that CAN HAPPEN AT UPS. DRIVERS ARBITRARILY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT TO DO...

My desired outcome is for my package to be picked and for people to do their job!

PS, Debbie called me just now apologizing again... she will send the driver back out. I said I heard that before, what makes this different from the other times? She said that she will follow up with the driver in 15 minutes. I feel sorry for her...

UPS driving complaint

Hello
I was driving on mopac/slaughter lane and your driver Suddenly cut me off and almost hit me until I honked at him multiple times. He was Driving reckless and cutting multiple off around 4:20pm on mopac and slaughter lane in Austin tx. This needs attention because there could have been multiple people involved in the accident.

It seems that hardly anyone in this country knows how to write anymore. Bad grammar, bad spelling, non-existent punctuation, stupid texting acronyms, etc. I have to read and re-read most news articles to make any sense of them because of bad grammar, no punctuation, run-on sentences, etc. contained therein. Are there no English classes being taught in schools anymore?

UPS my package not being held

My name is Niatisha Bost. I had two packages delivered through UPS. I wasn't home went the packages arrived at my home, so came to the customer center in Highland Hills where the package was being delivered from. I told them just to hold both packages to the next business day and I will pick them up. When I arrived at the customer center they only had one of my packages and not both. The were about to sent the other package out for delivery. Why I don't know. The agent that was in the location told me it was on the truck and they could find it. They had to wait for the driver to get in at 9:10

UPS package delivery

I've lived in the same place for 26 years. For the past year every single package I get is being delivered to my neighbors house. Even ones that are suppose to be signature required. They're just being left on their front porch and most of the time they are out of town for work. I am now doing medical treatments at home for kidney failure and my medications are being shipped directly to my house, this driver again, delivered my medications yesterday to my neighbors house, they were out of town. It was liquid and in vials. The product was on their porch all night and it froze and busted. Now the company has to send me more and I'm totally out until it gets here. He should lose his job. This isn't a one time mistake this happens every single time and I've even spoke to him directly and made him aware that it is mostly medical supplies and is very important. Still occurring.

UPS driver

Driver Eric Cole in Kansas cit, y Missouri is the most miserable, rude, and bigoted person I've about ever dealt with. Customers shouldn't have to put up with this individuals poor attitude, and poor service. I have to deal with this sad excuse for a driver on an almost daily basis. I must say that he is the absolute lowest point of my day! This guy is a serious problem in need of an attitude adjustment.

UPS driver was going 70 and 80 miles an hour in a 50 zone

As I drive on a HWY in Michigan City this driver passes me and every single car and semi around. Each day.. I made a complaint there goanna chat with him. Not suspend or fire him for breaking the law.. I'll take a video Tomorrow w to see if there is a difference. Yes I have it on tape. His plate number is A20114 #IndianaStateTroopers
I have called four times about this and today was the first time they responded. Thank you for putting us at risk...

UPS driver

Our Driver is [name removed]. He is dropping our packages off outside the building on the ground even when the door is open. He is very rude. He'll bang on the side door if it is not open. He is also throwing the packages and the items are getting damaged. Today, we left the cart outside empty for him to put the packages on it. He threw half of them on the ground and said he didn't have time to put the boxes on the cart and drove off.

UPS ups driver

2300 Block of Damen Ave. Chicago, IL
Alley Located West of Damen Ave.

Truck License #FP 9037

UPS Truck blocking alley making deliveries to the One Hour T-Shop, (even though there is a loading zone in front of store on Damen Ave.).

We waited 20 minutes for the driver to finish his delivery. The driver wanted me to back up so he can go thru Damen Ave., instead of making a left and he would go thru Fullerton Ave.

Diver mentioned that he gets paid by the hour and could stay at the alley all day long, he couldn't care less.

Another resident was behind the UPS truck, she needed to get out as well.

The police was called and the officer directed "traffic" .

This is not the only incident, it is almost everyday that we need to wait 10 to 20 minutes for the UPS driver to finish the deliveries to the One Hour T-shop.

Please let your drivers know that they should not block alleys and to move promptly when they see another vehicle trying to get thru.

UPS ups package deliverer

I saw Donald Hicks during Christmas smoking marijuanna with his helper. This is why he is last one in. He needs to have a drug test in order to operate that company truck. This is putting people at risk and the company name. He works in Dallas Texas Chalk hill location, part time temporary cover driver. Please seek attention immediately . This would be a bad look for the company. I assumed he would be gone after the season but he is still at the company. I will keep reporting until something is done.

UPS ups pickup

I am trying to return an item I purchased from Amazon for the past 2 days and UPS has made the experience a living disaster. On the day of the pickup, I was home the whole day, sitting in the living room where front door is. I even put up a big note in front of my door saying I would be home the whole day. However, the driver just left the tags and reported there was no answer to the door. When I called UPS, the store manager wasn't helpful at all, but rather accusive. She told me that "they can not come back today, and also they can not call customers, nor they can not knock on the doors hard because neighbours would complain". She asked me if I didn't ever leave the room to go to the bathroom and told me that may be why I missed the delivery (of course I went to the bathroom. They do not give you a time window for the pickup, does UPS expect its customers to sit still in front of the door from 8am to 5pm for the pick ups?). She told me the only thing I could do was to reschedule, but that really didn't solve my problem because I would have to go to the bathroom the next time I schedule a pickup too! Then I called back the customer support, the representative was kind enough to reschedule me a pickup for the next day and put in a special note requesting the driver to call me if that's possible. So the next day, I sat in my living room the whole day with my front door open whole day because I didn't want to miss the delivery, and no one showed up! I called UPS again, and it turns out that a pickup was not arranged at all. This a ridiculous experience that made me spend 2 days sitting around waiting for a UPS delivery person to show up and having no result. UPS has a horrible customer service and a terrible way of managing things. When I tried to file an official complaint for the whole thing at the end of all this, the representative I talked on the phone informed me that "my complaint about the situation is resolved, whether I like the outcome or not". Way to go UPS.

UPS deliveries

I reside at 106 Aldbury ROAD, Columbia, SC 29212. For years now we are constantly receiving packages clearly addressed for 106 Aldbury COURT. We have caught the drivers when we can and complained to no avail. The drivers do not ring the doorbell, so often times we do not find the delivery until later or the next day. It is time for this to stop! Please instruct your drivers. I am no longer delivering your packages for you! Thank you, Stephen Stokes

UPS driver parked blocking handicap space

On 25 January 2018 at approximately 1550 I pulled in the 7-11 on the corner of mounting vista and Russell in Las Vegas. I am handicapped and was denied access to the handicap parking space by UPS truck number 141445.
The truck was parked blocking both the parking space and the stripped area because this inconsiderate driver parked sideways across both areas. There were three other regular parking spaces next to the handicap space he could have utilized.

UPS official document destroyed in carelessness

January 26' 2018

My official document has been destroyed. It was an official government receipt. the letter has been crumbled, envelope damaged and unreadable.
The receipt is vital for me in continuing my lifestyle but UPS service have neglected in delivering a government official document with a clearly written IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED.
This has been a disgrace to what UPS stands for in United States. It violates customer rights and regulations.

UPS amazon return package pickup

Case number: 1-[protected]

UPS delivery facility with issue (as provided by customer service call center)
1245 Hammerwood Avenue

1/10/18: supposed date of first pick up attempt by UPS (as informed based on the first call made on 1/17 detailed below). I was home at the time and there was no ring or knock on the door.

1/17/18: 1st customer service call to UPS at [protected] - was informed that a delivery attempt was made on 1/10 and it is noted in file that "customer decided to keep packages", which is false as I never came into contact with any UPS personnel. Was informed that a note was left for the delivery facility and they will reach out to me regarding next pick up.

1/19/18: 2nd customer service call to UPS - was informed that they don't know why the package was not picked up as they had left the note for the local delivery facility. Was once again informed that a note was left for the delivery facility and the local facility will reach out to me regarding next pick up.

1/23/18: 3rd customer service call to UPS - escalated non performance of package pick up to supervisor. Was informed that the customer service call center has already contacted local facility and will insure personal pick up on 1/24/18.

1/25/18: 4th customer service call to UPS - Notified the customer service center the packages were not picked up on 1/24 and was informed that an attempt of pick up was made at 4PM PST when I was physically at home. I requested that the local delivery facility provide me with confirmation call within an hour to confirm they will pick up the package tomorrow on 1/26.

Still pending confirmation call from delivery facility and resolution at this point. I would like my packages to be picked up or be provided with an alternative way to return the package at this point with no cost and minimal hassle.

UPS unsafe driving by a ups truck

I want to report unsafe driving by a UPS tractor trailer.
The incident involved a truck pulling tandem trailers, and the license plate on the rear trailer was 234646 (there may have been a letter before these numbers, but the plate was dirty).
The incident occurred this morning (1/25/18) at 8:45 AM in Charleston, WV.
The truck was moving South on I-79, and when I-79 merges with I-77, it drove into my lane (the far right lane, coming from I-77 South) and ran me off of the road. I had to drive fully onto the berm to avoid being run over. I of course slowed down (since I was driving on the berm), then move back into traffic behind the truck.
Less than a half mile later, I-77/I-79 then splits to merge onto I-64 West, moving toward South Charleston where there is a UPS depot. The truck is in front of me in the far right lane still, with large signs saying that the lane will end. The driver apparently didn't see or care to read those signs, and waited until the lane ended, then abruptly swerved left into the next lane, cutting off another car that nearly lost control and crashed.
I'm not sure if this driver is new to driving, not used to pulling tandems, or simply has no regard for safety. In any case, this person needs to be pulled from the road for retraining or termination before they kill someone.
