UPS ups

I was expecting a package by 10 AM today and it was not delivered. I contacted the sending company and they gave me the UPS tracking number where it was noted that my address had to be verified. When I tried to verify my address, the online system did not let me and advised me to call UPS. When I called, I submitted the tracking number, arranged that I would pick the package up at a UPS center today, and was told by the automated system that a representative would call me in an hour. After an hour, no call. I called UPS again and finally got an agent who spoke English poorly and repeated that I needed to keep following the tracking number to see when the package would be delivered to the UPS center. As of 8 PM, when the center closed for the day, the tracking number message still said that the package was not delivered to the center for pickup. This is unacceptable service and I do not understand how a company like this can demonstrate such inefficiency and such poor customer service.

UPS delivery of package

The delivery of a mattress I ordered from Walmart was delayed but I accepted that.
Today I was anxiously waiting for delivery when I saw a UPS truck stop outside. I live in an apartment complex for senior citizens and wasn't sure if this was my delivery or something for someone else. I waited for the doorbell or a knock and there was nothing so I figured it was for someone else. Later when I stepped outside to check my mailbox, there was the package sitting outside my door.
Since when does a package just get placed outside? Being a large package, I had to get it into my apartment by myself! This was not exactly easy for me to do either considering I am 62 years old and in poor health.
I was not only surprised the delivery was done this way but am also VERY mad that it was done this way. If there's any way I can keep from UPS delivering packages for me in the future, I will definitely do so.
This is absolutely rediculous!

UPS printing, designing of business cards

I entered the UPS Store at 5233 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401about 2 weeks ago and asked for a quote on a business card. A young lady was called from the back who took my sample of an old card and content of a new one. She quoted roughly and gave me an email to which to send both documents to "Dave". I did so and did not receive a response, then sent another email. I then went in the store and the clerk was apologetic and said he would intervene. In 2 days I received a proposal, but many items on my old card were carried over to the new one.

I then sent back a new sample to the email for "Dave" and there was still no response. I sent another, then called the telephone numbers on his email. One was nonfunctional, and the other was a message machine. Frustrated, I went back into the store, where the same clerk appeared. I said I was astounded at the lack of progress, inability to contact or interact with Dave. I added that the proposal from Dave contained half of what was on the 8 year old card repeated, and that my numerous samples clearly gave the new contents. Again, he apologized, and looked befuddled and annoyed.

I said "if you cannot provide this service, you should not be advertising it. If I cannot get a good telephone, or there will be no progress, then I should go elsewhere." The clerk responded "Go ahead. Dave is a busy man" (which is what he told me before when I went in there to provide a better sample). "So then you cannot give me an estimate of the time line." He did not reply. "Well I suppose I will have to go to Fedex or Office Depot, then." "I don't care, " was his reply. "Doesn't it bother you that you wasted my time? What if I post my experience with you." "That's all right too, " he said, now clearly angry.

This deliberate indifference and lack of respect for customer's time is predatory behavior. These proprietors did not adhere to their promises, and basically were insulting me with their antics. This is a perfect example of a business that, if they can't beat the customer, in this case re professional time and disrespect, they don't want anything to do with him.

To say this business is unprofessional would be gratuitous. They do not even rise to a basic level of attempting to help their customers, at least with business care design and printing. They need to remove these services from their ads. This branch reflects poorly upon the brand name. The attitude is incredible, but perhaps there is more to the ill will here that I do not understand. In any case, as far as my interaction is concerned this UPS store is an abomination because of the nonperformance and shameful behavior of the owners.

UPS delivery - 1z5a455e0372991792

I was suppose to get my package on Thursday 12/5. Tracking said it was out for delivery. Then later that night it said it couldn't be delivered because of extreme weather. The next day it was out for delivery and again that night they said it couldn't be delivered because of extreme weather. There isn't any extreme weather. Schools have been open. They roads are fine. I tried calling and can't reach anyone. I need that package today 12/7 and it doesn't look like I'm getting it. Its delayed now until Monday. See below for messages on tracking.

UPS I hate ups

Got a check coming in the mail... Got it sent overnight (it's mine and I want it) got my tracking number etc said it'd be here today anywhere from 12:30-4:30. I had to be to work at 9:30 so I took an early and super long lunch waiting on UPS to NOT deliver my check BECAUSE they incorrectly sorted the package and it may cause a delay! Then I called to see what's the hold up. I always see UPS drivers everywhere day and night so why aren't they getting a move on for me to get my check especially since it's their fault. It's Friday so now I have to wait til Monday. They owe me because I paid for overnight delivery and I didn't get it. I hate UPS! I just told them I was tired of them the other day because I had a package to be delivered and they didn't even knock on my door. I seen them leaving my apartment complex but since he didn't knock on my door I thought someone else was getting a package. Then I got an email saying they were unable to deliver because no one was home! I was H O T T T! They are tooooo overpriced to do such a [censored]ty job! Then when I finally caught up with the driver he was at someone's house looking at dogs! They have horrible service and horrible customer service!

UPS being lied to by shipping co about delivery

The day I was supposed to receive a package, I instead get an update on the tracking web page at 9:36 pm saying it couldn't be delivered because of extreme weather. I live 15 mins from where they 'claimed' they loaded it on the truck. There was no extreme weather. There were no weather issues at all! 2nd night, same crap. Loaded it on truck first thing in the morning, then message at 9:46 pm stating extreme weather OR emergency situation. Yes the emergency was for you to get me my dam package. Guess what, 3rd night, and again roughly same time at night with exact same message. I contacted the company I purchased the item from so that they could reach out to them. They gave them the same lies and UPS rep called them out on it. She asked them what kind of emergency or weather conditions since the customer lives 15 mins from you. They had nothing. The rep asked UPS where I could pick up the package and they said it was at a hub that is now closed. So now they're saying I won't get it any later than Monday night. Mind you it's Friday and the package was supposed to be here on Wednesday.

UPS package not received

I ordered an iPhone thru Best Buy. They shipped it through UPS. Tracking # was 1ZV7855E3518645910. Supposedly, it was delivered, but I never received it. When I called UPS, they said it was delivered to a wrong address. They did not provide info regarding what address they delivered it to. They have failed to help me in this matter. I have been defrauded.

UPS tracking #1zr4e2040318051412

On November 22nd I was supposed to receive a 35 pound package. On 11/22 at 12:05am my package was scanned into the Baltimore MD UPS facility. After that scan at 12:05am my package disappeared. It was never delivered. After multiple calls all anyone can tell me is it's lost. At 12:05am there's not many workers there, there's cameras inside your facilities and the scanning stations should show exactly where and who scanned this box. The merchandise inside is $700 and somehow it's vanished and never been delivered and it's now pushing into the 2nd week of Dec. every time I check the tracking number there is no updated information. Where is my 35 pound package? Did a UPS worker walk off with it? Did they see it and realize what it was and how much it's worth? Did it get sent somewhere else? Where is my daughters $700 Christmas gift? Can someone please find tracking ID 1ZR4E2040318051412 and get it to my house

UPS didn't receive my expedited package today

I had a expedited package to be delivered on 12-03-19 at 1:43pm stopped by my house and I thought he had my package when after looking in his truck he turned to me and said he had one schedule for this address but it must be on other truck you will receive it later this afternoon well it is now 644pm and I still haven't received it the package is my monthly ssi check and I'm hungry without water and they are repo my car as we speak so I'm not at all happy with your company or your driver's I want cominsated and a refund and my package delivered ASAP thank you very much, Brenda Zapata

UPS former tenant lascaze packages

This past tenant left the address in 2016, and to date, packages are still
l coming to my house for her. Today a package was left. from. Macys by UPS. The package I'd ssf till outside.
The address is 794 East 56th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11234. Please do not leave any Packages for Yolene Lascaze at this address. I have said this to ry he FedEx, the UPS and the mailman.

UPS delivery

The driver keeps dropping our packages art 250 Industrial Dr Mouktrie Ga 31788. This is a mobile home mfg plant that is 1/2 mile from us. We have to send a man in a truck to pick up these packages. We are a furniture store. Can you please get our driver to drop the packages at our store. This mobile home plant has asked us to stop shipping our packages to there location but we never get to see the driver to ask him to bring them here.

UPS imaginary and hidden fees charged by ups

I live in Mauritius. I ordered a parcel of 10 sets of guitar strings (costing 126.90 Euros) as a present for my partner on 24/11/19 from a Germany-based online international Music shop (Thomann). I was informed that the parcel would be sent to me and that shipping via UPS would be 60 Euros. I accepted the order and shipping cost and paid by Paypal. I have attached a partial view of the receipt I received.
The shipment number is no.1ZAY26220437596011.
On the shipment's arrival to Mauritius, I got an email from UPS charging me imaginary brokerage fees representing 14.5% of the value of the item I ordered on delivery of my parcel to Mauritius where I am located. (See 2nd attachment).
The law in Mauritius specifies that no brokers are required for international online shopping for personal use for orders up to Rs 30, 000 or some 815 USD (in my case, the value of my order was around Rs 7, 500). This was announced by the Mauritian Finance Minister in Parliament on 9th October, 2012 and has not changed since. I quote him in his 2012 budget speech: "Recourse to the services of a custom broker is presently required to obtain delivery of articles imported by post or courier services if their value exceeds 10, 000 rupees. I am raising this limit to 30, 000 rupees."
Which is why I call these fees "imaginary".
And secondly, even if these fees were not "imaginary", they also did not inform me from the outset that such brokerage fees (they call this "documentation fees" and "assessment fees") would be charged on delivery. What they did was wait for my shipment to come, then spring these fees on me when the shipment arrived to Mauritius.
This sounds like a double con trick. I often order items online. I have never come across such con tricks from all other postal and courier services apart from UPS.

UPS books

I dropped a box of books to ship to Canada on October/27/2019.
The tracking number is 1ZB2T05Y6821781827.
The parcel is missing and they open a claim and closed the claim after one week!
This is disgusting! these books are text books and they have to locate from the origin in the US where the deriver picked up from the origin location but it was never scanned from the drop off location! this is spooky and something went wrong.
I need UPS goes physically and look for the box I shipped from the location which has no scan after the pick up. They need to contact the driver whom picked up the parcel and ask the driver where did he/she dropped the parcel without any SCAN?
They do not care about these details and just close the claim.
I do not want the money, I need the parcel.
Would you please somebody take care of this complaint for me?

UPS lost package

Package was on truck. Driver couldn't find it. Got email saying it's being held for future delivery. Been four days! Went to ups told me it's there but they don't know where! Told I cannot file a loss because I'm not the shipper. Foot locker filed a form and they said ups received it. So where is it lost in the facility or stolen. Nobody knows where it is?

UPS package

I paid extra for my package to be delivered at 1030am, and was promised by US it will be delivered today and they said no at 9pm Jesus Christ I spent all day waiting for a freaking package for nothimg, UPS get your act together stop promising customers false time frames it's not fair for us people to take days off work to wait for a delivery all day and get told at 9pm your delivery will not arrive. So annoying and frausterating, first and last time I use UPS for anything. I will be calling for my reimbursement.

UPS management

Management employees at this location are mistreated with the highest levels of sexism, racism, and absolute disrespect of any company I have ever witnessed. Management employees, more often female or African American, regardless of what has been signed in contract, are often forced to work in excess of 70 hours per week without any sort of compensation or warning, going as far as saying one is "not allowed" to call off or leave early regardless of level of sickness or injury, even if related to the job. It is absolutely inhumane and disgusting the discrimination that is present at this location.

Hello, my name Denise Willis. I am making an complaint about 643 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10036. I Denise Willis was hired on 11/8/2019 as an UPS Seasonal Driver Helper and Office Helper. I do not have an set schedule for Hours and Days to work, since 11/8/2019. I have to call Herald Square Station for work instead of the UPS Supervisor and Manager calling me for work. I feel that I should not have to call Herald Square Station for work, because UPS Herald Square Station Hired Me as an Seasonal Helper to help an Driver and the Office. I feel that the UPS Supervisor and Manager from Herald Square Station Human Resoursce should be calling me, because I was hired by UPS Herald Square Station. I feel that Herald Square Station Supervisor and Manager is Not Organized and they are mixed up, which is why I do not have an set schedule set up, for Hours and Days for work. I am not able to clock in and out, because 643 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10034 Herald Square Station do not have a time clock for me as an Seasonal Driver and Office Helper. I have to write my hour, date, time, name and I.D. number down on a piece of paper to get paid to an UPS Herald Square Station Worker I do not know, that will be safe and secure. I also had an miscommunication problem on 11/14/2019, with an worker or Supervisor about an Permanent Job besides working as an Seasonal Driver Helper and Office Helper on the Phone. The UPS worker or Supervisor from 643 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10034 Herald Square Station told me to come in at 8:00 A.M. in the morning for an Permanent Job. I came in at 8:00 to meet with the UPS Supervisor or Worker for nothing, because the Herald Square Supervisor or Worker never mentioned the conversation I had with her on the phone about an Permanent Job, which I do not feel it was fair to come in at 8:00 A.M. in the morning with no explaination for nothing. Can someone from your office, who I am making this complaint to help me with this matter and situation as an Seasonal Driver Helper or Office Worker, that I was hired for as soon as possible. UPS customer service information and honesty

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday . It is now Friday afternoon and I've been told the package is stick in a warehouse waiting for customs clearance .
I was told yesterday the package had cleared and was on the way . I've now been told " someone will call me Monday ( maybe ).
Poor expensive service . No definite information provided . I think the cs staff are told to lie about status just so they can get off the phone. The package contains tax return forms to be signed . What is the " customs holdup "

UPS delivery service

i recently had a delivery from UPS, sadly, i was not home, a card was put through my letter box stating my parcel was re delivered to a shop "Best one" 141 chaucer Road Sheffield 5 (not local to me ). fortunately i do have a car if not i could not have possibly collected this parcel, for you see this particular delivery was a vertical radiator weighing 20kg, fortunately again my husband accompained me to said shop so was able to put the radiator in the car (a small hyundai i20) it just fitted in. if there had been anymore people in the car they would have been walking home in the heavy rain.
i appreciate its not easy for delivery couriers when people are not home but any person with an ounce of common sense would realise this particualr item is not easily collected and should therefore have arranged another time to deliver.

UPS reckless driver

One of your trucks collided with my vehicle on 11/13/19 around 4:15 pm in Atlanta, GA. The driver fled the scene knowing he had hit my vehicle. He fled through a parking lot before I was able to collect any information off the truck or from the driver. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. You should be able to track with GPS which vehicle this was. I would appreciate someone checking into this as this driver is very reckless and will end up costing UPS a lot of money when they cause a worse accident by now driving safely.
