UPS scheduling a redelivery

Info Notice numbers : [protected]/[protected]
On 05/31/2018 I talk to a live person at your customer service center, and reschedule the delivery visit to 06/04/2018. However the UPS road carriers decide to make unsuccessful delivery attempts before that and close the case. Now I have to drive all the way to your what ever that place is and spend my time and money on this.
Is there some value with your customer service? Do you really care for the customers' or their requests?

UPS Aggressive behavior and dangerous driving

Hello,
I have now had two encounters with the same driver in my neighborhood (CA license plate no.70476W1, truck no. 165781) in the last month which felt either needlessly confrontational or dangerous.
Incident #1 took place in Oakland at the corner of 6th ave and 19th st. The driver stopped in an impassable area. In doing this she blocked traffic on the street going in both directions. I asked her to move her truck forward after about a minute, so that I could pass. She did not acknowledge me and my repeated requests for her to pull through for 5 minutes. She eventually moved forward then pulled over to tell me I was a [censored] as I finally was able to pass her.
The second incident happened yesterday as I was on Lakeshore avenue pulling out of a parking spot. This area of the road is residential and 25mph speed limit. She honked at me from quite a ways away to warn me that she was passing by, and proceeded to fly passed me at about 40mph. I noticed she honked at multiple pedestrians as well as they were preparing to cross the street.
Please talk to this driver about safe driving practices, obeying the speed limit- especially in residential areas, yielding to pedestrians, and behaving less aggressively while she is on her route.
I really don't want to encounter her again with the attitude she has now, and will go out of my way to not use UPS so that I don't have any deliveries from her.

UPS store

Looking for notary, UPS came up ininternet search . I put in an appt which had an open schedule (I work near North Brunswick store but their schedule was from 1:30 to 3:30 ) i had an appt for 9:30 am. UPS damage to our property by ups delivery truck

On May 31, 2018 a driver delivering a package backed in our drive which is 29 ft wide and backed over our edging breaking several of
Them also separating them from the dirt and just left it. My mother was home and observed him doing so. This is the 2nd time in less than a month. The first time only slight damage and we fixed it. This time major and he should have at least told us I have photos of the damage.

UPS package

Had package coming from Chase Bank UPS didn't bring package to door but left info slip on gate & gate was not locked. I have had packaged delivered before they would always come through gate knock on door scan 0ackage I sign if necessary and they would leave. Why my package wasn't delivered I don't know. But something needs to be done about it immediately.

UPS vitacost package of nutrients

Your UPS guy left a big package from vitacost at my neighbor's house instead of delivering it to mine. He obviously did not take enough time to read the address. I do not have a fence, and I do not have a dog, so he has no excuse.

UPS non-delivery of package

On 5/23/18 UPS attempted to deliver a package which required a signature, we were not available. The notice on the door said they would try again the next day, so we stayed home and waited. No package was delivered, it was taken to a UPS Access Point requiring us to drive across town and pick it up. I went on line to change delivery instructions and was told it would be delivered on 5/29/18, again no delivery. Really disappointed in the customer service and follow through.

UPS just deliver to my address, it has not changed in 10 years

Tracking # 1Z345910299465718, which was sent UPS 2nd day air for a reason, I need this a/c control board as the temperatures are 95 degrees.
I called the Sierra Vista office and was told that it was sent on the truck that delivers to zip code 85638, (which just happens to be mine, as per the USPS and the tax map) and was told we are not in that zip code, seriously?
I have had packages sent to this exact same address for over 7 years and until recently, UPS can no longer find me? The funny part is this, this only happens when I order an item and PAY for 2nd day air delivery, in which I thought would get it here quicker, I guess I should of learned by the past non deliveries.
I get items sent via UPS from Ballinger, TX to me at the exact same address of:
6673 Gleeson RD Tombstone, 85638.
IF I put down the zip code for Elfrida 85610, as UPS claims I am in, I still don't get a package and they leave it at the post office in Elfrida, which is 15 miles away!
The Elfrida post office even has shown me the USPS map of zip codes for this area, guess what, I'm in the Tombstone 85638 zip code!
Trust me, if I was considered to be in the Elfida zip code of 85610, I would have the county change this and drop my property taxes.
So, UPS, for now on I will specify any items I need in a hurry to be shipped via FedEx,
To date, I spent an additional some $28 for 2nd day air shipping to take going on now an additional 4 days!

UPS delivery

More than once I have received packages that I have ordered thrown at the
curb on a very busy road. For years my former driver always put them on
our porch. I have repeatedly called and been told that someone would call me from
our local delivery sight but that has NEVER happened. I am not sure it would even
do any good. I have seen where the same driver is also leaving packages at the
curb at other nearby residents in my area.

What can I do to get better service? I have even gone to the distribution site to talk
to them and still the deliver person does not seem to care about doing his job.

UPS failed delivery of promised merchandise

I sent a package via UPS from Pittsburgh, PA to NE Atlanta on Friday, May 25, 2018 with the hopes that it will arrive at the designated point on Saturday, May 26, 2018. I was told of the additional cost and gladly paid for it. I was also informed that the package would be there by noon, but no later than 3:00 p.m.

I even called the recipient of the package to make sure that there would be someone to receive the package and was assured that the apartment complex had well over 75 apartments and that there would be someone there to accept the package.

I tracked the package on Saturday, May 26, 2018 and saw that it was "attempted to be delivered" at 10:44 a.m. and no one was there to accept it. I immediately called the recipient to see what the mistake was and was told that UPS never made an attempt to deliver the package and that they would do it on their next business day which would be Tuesday May 29, 2018 or the recipient could go to the nearest location and retrieve it.

I am angry, because I paid the additional cost, I expected ups to uphold their part and mostly I labled the box with prescriptions as the recipient needed them. No I am told that there is no recourse, I paid the additional fee for nothing and ups basically lied to me with an "non-committal" promise of next day delivery.

I will never use ups again. I will suggest to friends, colleagues and anyone who will listen to not use ups as they do not keep their promise.

UPS delivery driver stalking

Driver had truck blocking road. When he got honked at, he assumed it was me then stalked me to my drive way, and just sat there staring at me. Blocking the road again I may as well add. This is intimidation of an old lady. If I see him again I will call the police. This all occurred about 12 pm on Dallas Hollow Rd., Soddy Daisy, Tn.
If he's this bold now, I would say this is a habit that needs to be stopped.

UPS no delivery to your doorstep!!!

Do not use ups for anything! Ever!

For some reason, within the past 24 months, ups so-called "delivery drivers" refuse to deliver packages to the addresses on the packages! I live in an area where there are a lot of elderly people who order medical supplies and drugs to be shipped to their doorstep, and they are not! Even I have packages that have been shipped via ups dumped on somebody elses doorstep!

The addresses are clearly marked and labeled on the package, yet these lazy, brain dead, worthless fuktards can't even get a package to the front door of the address where it's supposed to go!

Packages for this area have been found dumped behind bushes, dumped on the doorstep of vacant residences, dumped on the sidewalk, and there have been several people claim to have witnessed ups "delivery drivers" dumping packages in nearby garbage cans and dumpsters!

I, myself, have seen a ups driver pull up to an outside garbage can and dump a load of small packages in it!

This is a vile, corrupt, and diseased company! Don't do business with them!

They cost the consumer industry billions of dollars a year in "lost" packages, merchants having to dish out billions a year in refunds because customers didn't get what they ordered, and billions of dollars a year in wasted resources, wasted products, wasted fuel, and wasted consumer time and effort in buying online!

Not to mention the billions of dollars a year, wasted on paying these pieces of human garbage to deliver your package that never gets to its destination!

UPS improper service, accusatory attitude, "customer is always wrong and at fault"

Work in the yard all day but get a notice stating I was not home for delivery attempt on Thursday 5/24. Tracking information says it will be delivered to an "Access Point" which is a wretched, foul, half empty grocery store with no working coolers, that smells of rotten seafood.
Several calls and many hours later I am assured, personally, by staff at a local UPS facility, that it will be rerouted back to my address and delivered the next day.
Two more days have passed and it is now 2:45 AM 5/27, and the package has still not been delivered.
I have been accused of not being home on 5/24 on nearly every call to customer service because the tracking information still states I was not home, despite my offering to provide GPS and IP data to the contrary, and yet it seems to be known internally to UPS that the driver's DIAD reports that the driver was in error and attempted delivery to the wrong residence.
I find this entire matter reprehensible, to say the least. And I could go into many more details about the entire set of issues, but I think this is fair as a 'tip of the iceberg' overview.

UPS customs clearance

In mid march, I ordered 2 golf clubs from 2 different vendors, both of similar value. One arrived in an efficient and timely manner. The other was managed by lillian chen and she has mishandled the delivery, failing to use the vendors' documentation and misleading customs and demanding information supplied by vendor to be translated by me into chinese. The comms have been exchanged for nearly 2 months now and it appears that ups decided (of its own accord) to abandon the product. This has cost me over $100 on the goods and the transport and was directly caused by the poor performance of lillian chen.
I want someone else to take over, clear my goods through customs and deliver it to me, after all, I have been waiting about 8 weeks now. Lillian has been rude, arrogant, uncooperative, misleading, ill informed, inefficient and very dismissive. Probably the worst business person I have met in my 45 year working career. Ups is severely compromised by employing this person and I highly recommend that you replace her with someone more highly skilled.

UPS delivery of my package(s)

I have a covered front porch but instead of the ups driver walking my package to the front door, they leave it sitting in the rain outside my garage door in plain view for anyone driving by. I am requesting that all future packages be left out of view on my covered front porch. This is a common occurrence and I am ordering more online. I will start requesting that my packages not be shipped ups if this happens again.

UPS commercial driver dropping off packages when business is closed

Tuesday 5/22/18 Driver dropped off package with tracking #1z79255w0329453445 at 930 pm. Our business Restaurant Deport 1431 west 20th street in houston texas 77008 closes at 6pm! No one was here. Driver left this expensive small package out back of the loading dock area near the trash and used my name in his/her telxon although I was not at work or aware this had been delivered which looks like fraud on my part to my company. I do not want to be in jeopardy of losing my job because UPS is not having someone sign for things. This is the 2nd incident of this and I have gotten no help from UPS or response as I have sent numerous emails and called the 1-800 number to file a complaint. Local distribution warehouse supervisor is supposed to be getting in touch with me to see how we can get this issue under control and I am still waiting days later for someone to call or me with a solution.

UPS pick up not made going on 6 days

I have called multiple times regarding the driver coming to pick up the items that were left in my apartment building in the hallway on 05/18/2018 11:44 am which were worth over a total of 350$. I've gotten a call back from a woman by the name of Rose from a UPS facility this morning aound 7 am assuring me that the driver would come to pick up the package today by 8pm. I called again at 9:30 pm today 05/224/18 just make another complaint and was then directed back to square one with the reply of the driver will pick it up tomorrow and you'll receive a call back from the local facility. Which was already done. The problem is the amount I paid for the items cannot be refunded to me unless the shipper receives their merchandise back. So I've missed 2 days of work to assure that this would be returned without success. It's been a total of 6 days of waiting to have these two packages returned. This is unacceptable. I've lost pay, and money originally paid to shipper. Only to still will have extra waiting time and days to have the items reach the shipper and process my return refund. If anyone can assist me it would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend a formal complaint via the Better Business Bureau. I have had issues with UPS enough over the years that I avoid using them as much as humanly possible. The BBB can, and will, help to resolve your issue.

UPS a item I purchase on line

My tracking number is [protected] I received a sorry I missed on 5/21/2018 sticker stating my package will be delivered to my greenwood ups locker I check on the 5/22 & 5/23 stating it was in transit to the ups locker. Today on 5/24 it stating it is being returned to sender . why ? The package was never deliver to the ups locker. Now you claim you are sending it back to sender. I know one of your employee stole my package. I am reporting this the the News and the attorney general. Ups lied and now they are trying to cover it up. There is no way for me to contract the sender. I want to be refunded by UPS.

UPS delivery

Tracking number 1zv010310334979673 was not delivered. I contacted eli at store #5640 on 5/14/18 about the package not being received on 5/10/18 as guaranteed. He said he would look into it but no communications whatsoever. I had to call your customer service number to find out that eli never filed a lost package claim and so they did on 5/18/18 and conveniently changed the last location of the package from salt lake city, utah to fife, washington. I did not received any alert about the delivery issues. Help me get my package back! This people never contact the destination person. I will never use anyone of your stores again!

UPS i'd like to complain about a ups driver

At 9:55 a.m., today (05-24-18), I was riding my bicycle going north on Rte 19 in Hamlin, New York. There is no shoulder or bicycle lane. Your UPS driver came behind me and passed me on the left. His right mirror just missed my head. He was going 30+mph. He turned into the Top's Food Market just ahead on the right and stopped his truck to make a delivery. I rode up to him and asked why he did not slow down, wait until oncoming traffic was done and move to the left ( instead of squeezing through between me and the oncoming traffic). I was forced off the road and almost into the ditch on the right side of the road. He kept interrupting me stating "you can't do anything - I got 32 years in - you're wasting your time." While he was delivering, I called 911 and explained to them and gave the license number to the emergency operator. While I was calling, a gentleman entering the Tops stopped and told me the license number just in case I did not have it and said that "this guy has been an ongoing problem in Hamlin". I do not have the number to give you. I am told the driver delivers routinely in Hamlin. He looked in his 40's (yet has "32 years in?), white, short, brown hair, rather overweight.
I am expecting an explanation why this driver was not immediately responsive and courteous to me. I do not find that typical of UPS drivers. I am expecting an apology and an assurance that this will not happen again. If indeed he have "32 years in", maybe he should retire or at least refresh his driver education before returning to working for UPS.
