UPS ups delivery of packages

Want to record a complaint about my UPS delivery today (Sep 5). My two packages (1z1av5760310330490 and 1z00928eyw45369809) were delivered to the wrong address at 4:06 pm today. I was home all day waiting for the packages to arrive because I didn't want them sitting outside. I just received the packages at 9:10 pm when my neighbor got home from work. My packages were sitting on his front porch for five hours where anyone could have stolen them.

Please make sure that your drivers actually deliver packages to the correct address printed on packages. Thank you.

UPS delivery standards

Everytime I have a package coming I get a email telling me what day my package will arrive an it's always wrong ...Tracking says processed then it says delayed or rescheduled. ..it's getting really fustrating as I do take days off so I can be home an then package doesn't show up ...Customer service never knows anything they are absolutely no help you maze well just delete them ...So I've come to realize UPS is a unorganized company an I'll never ship with them again ...Horrible customer support an service. Get ur sit together ups before you find yourself with no customers

UPS 3 day shipping

Second package in thirty days that has been delayed due to an issue on UPS. First one was scanned out for delivery and later that night scanned loaded on delivery vehicle. The one now is delayed to a late trailer. I specifically payed for 3 day shipping for 3 days, not ground shipping time frames. Now my son will be getting his birthday present 1-3 days(I hope) after his birthday. I called and asked for a reimbursement for the three day shipping and was told that could not happen. 90% of the things I order come from the same place and give the option of the sender. After this order I think I will take my business to USPS, they can make there delivery time frames.

UPS ups

I arrived at the UPS store located at 169 Mini Mall rd. Ebensburg, PA 15931 on August, 22nd. I was picking up the 4 packages that I paid $300 to ship from Apple Valley CA to the above location. I was told that the packages would be in Pittsburgh on August 19th. My 17 year old son is starting college at the University of Pittsburgh and I entrusted the shipment of all of his possessions to UPS.
Upon arrival the clerk at the desk told me that there were only 3 packages for me. I told her that I shipped 4 packages and she stated (very matter of fact) "well you only have 3 and you owe me $6." The biggest package that cost $110 had a huge hole in the side and clearly clothing had fallen out. I asked for help tracking the other large package and was told that I needed my tracking number. I was told "We are not responsible for your lost package the UPS store that sent the package is responsible." The clerk was very rude and the store was empty someone could have helped. No one cared and no one helped me. UPS is not about what location you shipped from. Every customer is a UPS customer and should be helped no matter what location we shipped from. That Package cost me $110. I called the Apple Valley branch and was given the tracking number and told that the package was in a UPS hub in New Stanton, PA. Still no help from the Mini Mall branch location and I was still at the branch at this point. I called UPS customer service and was lied to by Dam and told that the package was in transit. I asked for a refund for the package and for the package to be shipped to my son's school instead. I spoke to Jet the customer service manager. He told me that the package was lost. He said that I would have to put in a claim and that there was nothing else he could do. I wanted to cry. Thousands of dollars of my sons possessions are lost. He doesn't have much because I packed towels and things in the package that I received and all of his sneakers, tops, pants, coats, briefs, sweats etc. His entire life is in the other large package. UPS is responsible for this and for the terrible treatment I received. How could you lose a package of that size? You lose packages and you blame the consumer, make us do the work to figure out where packages are, charges are insane and when they are lost we get absolutely no help. Jet never even sent me the email for the claim. Poor customer service.
I cannot stress enough how extremely disappointed I am that the package holding everything my 17 year old son owned was stolen by a UPS employee. He has been at the University of Pittsburgh for almost two weeks with a couple of things to wear. I chose UPS instead of USPS because shipments are often lost or stolen with USPS. I trusted UPS. I paid an obseen amount of money to ship 4 packages and suspiciously one of the two largest packages never arrived at the destination. The large package that did arrive had a huge hole in the side. Just big enough for someone to put their entire arm inside and feel around for things. That package had towels, bedding and a few other items. The package that was stolen was the exact same size but had everything my son owned inside and it mysteriously did not make it to its destination. All 4 of the packages arrived at the UPS HUB in New Stanton, PA and only 3 packages made it out. Not sure how long it will take to receive the funds needed to replace the irreplaceable items.

UPS destroyed piece of furniture

I shipped two nightstands to a customer. One nightstand arrived fine the other nightstand was completely destroyed. UPS determined I didn't know how to package the furniture and denied the claim on the piece they destroyed. I have never been treated so poorly. UPS literally does not care about a claim. They get to determine if you package a piece properly. I ship dozens of pieces a week and I have never had this issue until I shipped with UPS for the first time. I am out the cost of the table they destroyed, shipping it to my customer, rebuilding the piece and shipping it again.

I ordered expensive face lotion and cream which, to my dismay, was delivered damaged by UPS. Upon opening the box, the cream was everywhere. Upon calling UPS to inquire, a person by the name of James told me to order another one and get over it. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I want my money back and I want a replacement face lotion sent to me, undamaged this time.

UPS product not delivered as claimed

On approximately August 21, 2019 UPS attempted to deliver a package but I was not there to receive it. I got an email from them saying an attempt would be made the following day. I decided to contact them to say please just leave it at the door as I would again not be home to receive it. On the phone, they changed their story. They said, in contradiction to the email I'd already received, that they would NOT be making a second attempt to deliver. They told me it was at the discression of the driver to decide to not make a second attempt. I think this is very wrong because I got an email saying a second attempt would be made. They decided to instead send it to a pick up center of THEIR choice, without ever even clearing it's location with me. They said they'd already sent it to their choice of location, which happened to be a place I couldn't get to. Again, I think this is very wrong. The customer may have travel limitations or other reasons why they couldn't get to a certain pickup center. Therefore, I don't think UPS has any business deciding without ever asking the customer, and delivering the customer's item to some random pickup location. I was so disgusted I canceled the order and made them return it. Never using UPS again.

UPS Tracking number -  1z1806890377642182

I just got off the phone with a very rude customer service employee.

I called this morning to complain that the address on this shipment was changed. It was not changed by the shipper.

The notes that the ups driver put down even said that the address was changed. Why?

The address on the package when it was shipped was correct - 26 west street, 6th fl, boston ma 02111. The ups driver, for some reason noted that he 'could not find the address". Well, that was because the address was changed from the original address.

I was told someone would contact me from your"customer service department"to discuss this. I was out to lunch and missed the call.
I called the number back, 1-617-269-1821, and got a very rude customer service female on the phone. She proceeded to 'read off' the same info that I was told earlier when I called to discuss why the shipment was returned.

The person at this number proceeded to interrupt me several times, and would not answer my question, as to why she was repeating the same info I was told earlier. I informed her I thought she had called to resolve the issue, not repeat the issue. Apparently, this was not the case.

This was a very important shipment. We have shipped to this same address - 26 west street, 6 flr in boston ma on several occasions. Why was the address changed? I even confirmed with the shipper that the address was correct when the package was shipped. These were business cards coming from our printer.

Can you please look into why I was so rudely spoken to. Furthermore, the female at this number (1-617-269-1821) went so far as to tell me that she 'did not work for ups".

We will be re-shipping the package again to 26 west st., 6 fl, boston, ma 02111. Please do notcharge our account for this unbelievable screw up by ups!

Please reprimand your customer service "employee" at the number: 1-617-269-1821. She should not be representing ups in any form or fashion.

UPS driver does drop and run

All parcel deliveries to our condominium complex are required to be delivered to the recipients door. One particular driver refuses to do this, while ALL others do comply. This driver simply drops all packages in the mail room and leaves them, unsecured and open to everyone that walks by this congested area. This only occurs when the individual driving UPS vehicle with tag# GET 323 on Aug. 17, 2019 is delivering packages. When I've spoken to other drivers about this individual, they all immediately know who it is, yet this continues to occur.

UPS package not delivered

I had a package that orginally was scheduled for guaranteed delivery for August 13th. I waited home all day for this package just to receive an email notification that an attempt was made at 333 pm. There was no notice left on my door or my mailbox. I contacted UPS Customer service the morning of August 14th to see when my package would be delivered and why was I left no notice of the attempt. I also asked why my package was not tsken to an access point nesr me. I was advised by one of yohr representatives that your policy is to do that. There are 3 access point locations near me. Why was this not done? On that same call I was advised that someone would call me back by 10am. I never received a call. I contacted UPS customer service again around 11am and was advised that my package would be taken to your location in Niagara falls NY and that someone would call me by 1pm to confirm. After no call was received I contacted your company back around 3pm and was advised that my package would be at the center for pick up same day, but that an attempt was made again at 2:36 pm. This is false . I was home waiting for this package. I then checked my tracking number with Amazon and seen that package was being returned to Amazon. I contacted Amazon and was advised that they did not request this. I did not request this. Your carrier or company returned my package without any real attempts for delivery. Not one single person returned my call after I was advised multiple times that someone would. I needed this package. Why was procedure not followed? Why Did your carrier decide to not do their job? Why Did no one return my calls? Why were my concerns not addressed? Why was I advised that UPS DOES not Guarantee delivery even though I paid to have my package by a certain date? Why was package not taken to an acess point? Is this because you are such a large company that one individual customer doesn't matter. This is disappointing to say the least. From every supervisor and customer service rep that I spoke with and your drivers, they are disgracing the name/brand. If you can't trust your local company to deliver a package in a timely manner or trust that when you contact them your concerns will be acknowledged and addressed within a timely manner why would I continue to utilize your service. Now i had to reorder the product again from AMAZON. I hope this issue doesn't happen with this delivery. My first tracking number for the Package I didn't receive is 1Z3Y16F40309514486. I was also provided a case #by one of your supervisors Em. That case number is [protected]. My name is Tabitha marsh. My delivery address is 9234 Niemel dr apt 9, Niagara Falls NY 14304. UPS package arrival time

Goddam UPS service! Never give any specific time for delivery. I had spent whole day long to wait for my package and the package came about 5 minutes before i left my house for dinner. I am very disappointed and question to their services. How you expect your customer to use your services if you cant give a promise to customer. Things that send from UPS always delay, never deliver early than the time show on their tracking information. They just like to leave a sticky note to you. So whats the point you tell your customer you can deliver on the time?

UPS hidden fees / delayed delivery

I ordered box on newegg.com, on their site there are two option a) 2-3 day delivery b) 3-5 day delivery. I choose option b) and newegg.com charged me with 7341 russian rubles for shipping.

Here is my first problem with UPS, on 08/08/2019 the UPS broker contacted me and told me that I must pay another 1100 rubles, because they need to do some paperwork.

Second problem with UPS, I paid 8500 (including hidden fee by UPS) rubles for shipping in 3-5 days, but I sill do not have my package on hands.

My main complain, is that UPS uses fraudulent practices and charge recipient with hidden fees, even if the delivery was fully paid by a sender.

UPS driver complaint

Dear Sir or Madam,

I just had a terrible incident with one of your drivers on August 10, 2019 at 12:45 p.m. I was ready to leave my house and your driver parked in my driveway, blocking me in. I asked him nicely to move his truck. He was extremely rude and called me an a--hole and walked away. His license plates are: XBF-T14. He threatened to kick my [censored]. I was scared for my life.

Please look into this and put this complaint on his record so it doesn't happen
again.

UPS package sent back to sender

My package with tracking number 1z2239vw1215448140 was scheduled to be delivered on 08/08/2019. We had road construction that day in front of our building, so I have used UPS online system to update delivery instructions and requested the package to be delivered to our apartment management office (just a different building in our complex), since no other options were available. I would prefer to pick up a package from UPS office location nearby but there was no such option available.
I didn't get a chance to stop by our management office on 08/08 after work and decided to check delivery status on 08/09 morning. I see delivery status is "sent back to sender", I contact UPS customer service and the rep is telling me that my package was in fact delivered to the management office and the info on UPS tracking site is for a different package with the same tracking number. Very confused, but reassured that my package is at our management office I wait till 9 am and go there as soon as it opens. I am informed my package was never delivered there.
I call customer service again, to be informed by another rep that the first rep I spoke with gave me incorrect info and that my package was sent back to sender because it had restrictions on it to be only delivered to specified address and since I requested it to be delivered to the management office, the driver decided for the "safety" of the package to send it back to sender. The fact that the option to deliver it to the management office was available to me on UPS website is somehow not applicable to that particular package, and it is my fault for choosing it. I ask to speak with a manager and the rep starts questioning me about why do I want to speak with a manager, puts me on hold and forwards me to refund department.
Frustrated with poor customer service and their total incompetence, I call again, and speak with yet another customer rep, who is finally trying to resolve my issue but not able to do much and after 20 min hold I get to speak with supervisor Rose, who takes my phone number and information and says that she will try to locate the package and will call me back.
I never heard back from Rose. My package tracking still shows that it is in the process to be returned to sender.
Incompetent driver, customer service and their management. They are costing their company more than they are worth!

UPS driver

i have made numerous complaints about a driver. he threatened me, i have the complaint number [protected]
he refuses to drop off any of my buildings packages, because he claims the front door is closed. the building is open air with several obvious visible entrances. i have made complaints #[protected]
its the same driver, the whole neighborhood knows him, he will cause u.p.s lawsuits for sure, possibly from me.

UPS delivery

EMS is the most unreliable company you can use for sending your parcel oversees. I sent a parcel from Nigeria to Canada using expedited delivery and paid for insurance. Three weeks later, no parcel, no information. After extensive talks with the Nigerian Postal Service, Somebody decided to track the parcel, they found out that EMS gave my parcel to UPS and had a different tracking number showing item had been delivered. They delivered my parcel to a wrong address. Please do not use this company. In the advert you have issues with your parcel there is no actual human being to see. They have no physical location. Communication is only done through phone calls. They do not take responsibility for your parcels even when you pay insurance on it. My parcel was delivered to a wrong location, despite having the correct address on it. Parcel contains my sensitive and private information and is now in the hands of someone I do not know. The company says the investigation process takes 8 business days but accepts no repsonsbility. I am in the process of filing a police report as my sensitive information is in the hands of a stranger. I am disgusted at the kind of service I was provided and still being provided. I have been the one calling the organization for my parcel, they do not call or offer any support. Staff on phone keeps transfering your calls as they cannot help you. YOU probably are made to get frustrated and forget your parcel. My parcel has not been recovered. The purpose of the parcel has been defeated. I am one sad client.
On each occassion I called UPS, on the 1-800-782-7892 I have spoken to numerous staff including CIA, MARK and a manager named LAMAR. I have not received any apology regarding my parcel even when the company staff verified my parcel was delievered to a wrong location. I have invested money, time and effort into the parcel that has been delivered to a wrong location.
Please do not do business with EMS or UPS. They are an irresponsible pair.

UPS repeated delivery scheduling failures

I ordered an 18 foot Sunsetter motorized awning that was to be delivered by UPS Freight. I signed onto the UPS website to get delivery information to my cell and email. The order listed my home phone for contact as well. I received the following text: "07/24/2019 10:33 A.M. San Leandro, CA, United States Arrangements for appointment attempted" I checked my answering machine, voice mail and email and came up with no contact whatsoever.

I called customer service 2:00pm July 26 to inform them that no contact had been made for a delivery appointment. After apology, the agent promised to have someone from San Leandro contact me within the hour. That did not happen that day or the next, or at all.

I called back on July 30 to complain about the lack of contact and delivery scheduling. After apologies the agent asked to put me on hold while she contacted San Leandro to get me scheduled. After 15 minutes of holds, I was put in contact with a guy in San Leandro who asked me what I wanted. I asked if he had my tracking and delivery information and he said he did but he was not the scheduler, who was at that moment, busy. I asked if he could get it scheduled and he said "sure, when do you want it". I told him Friday afternoon, August 2 at 3:00pm. He said ok and confirmed my delivery address. I then received the following message: "07/30/2019 9:15 A.M. San Leandro, CA, United States A delivery appointment has been scheduled with the consignee" Feeling somewhat sure that I would have my delivery on Friday, I arranged for contractors to come Saturday to install the awning.

The delivery was never made Friday and I received no contact on any media. I had to cancel my contractor with no idea when the delivery would be made so I could reschedule. Today (August 3) I call "customer service" only to find they have no weekend customer contact. This has been, and remains one of the worst customer experiences I've had (and continue to have). At the least, one would expect a company like UPS to honor their commitments and to provide a way of rectifying repeated failure - even on a weekend.

UPS delivery

I ordered an item with an additional charge to be delivered in 3 business days. I ordered on a Saturday so I was aware that I would not receive item till Wednesday. I did not receive the item on Wednesday but at this point I give the company the benefit of the doubt. Thursday comes and went and still no delivery. I was waiting at home all day. Thursday night I tracked package and it said it will be delivered on Friday end of day. THAT IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. Friday night, still no delivery, tracking package, stating package could not be delivered. I have nothing that proves UPS came by, no left notice, nothing.. in fact I have a doorbell cam that records all activities outside.. NOTHING! Now my tracker shows delivery by Monday end of day. Not only did I pay in addition to have a quick delivery but the item ordered was a birthday gift that I was to hand out this weekend. YOU RUINED IT. This is unacceptable!
