I need to no if this is a scam I was told I won 500, 000.00 However, I was to pay the 150.00 delivery fee, which I did and then pay $500.00 for tax clearance, which I did, and now they are saying to send 1050.00 for certificate of ownership which I have not sent. They keep telling me this is real, but I am unsure. Please help

this is a scam. how could you have won a lottery when you did not buy a ticket(did you buy a ticket?). there are no lotteries who choose winners from random email addys. does it make sense that you should pay to have winnings delivered? and what is "tax clearance"? these scammers will keep making up new fees until you realize it is a scam. i get 5-10 emails per week telling me i have won an online lottery. how lucky could one man be? if you have sent them a copy of your identification(a very common request by these scammers) you are at high risk for identity theft. cut your loses...do not send them any more money. please respond to this email as i am would like to ask you several questions.
