United DRS Insurance review: Bad company 2

United DRS Insurance. I have been trying to find a contact address for this insurance company (United DRS). My mother has been paying this insurance company since 2005 or even longer. Has anyone any here information about this company. I am planning to stop the automatic payments.

Do you remember buying life insurance from mutual of omaha. You have to sign an application to buy insurance. United drs is the description that your bank uses hats united of omaha direct response because you bought through the mail. So you paying for life insurance that you asked to have put on ezpay and it auto drawing so even if you forgot that you applied for life insurance it pays it for you. You remember paying 41 bucks with the app i hope damn...

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $41.00 SINCE DECEMBER, FOR INSURANCE I DID NOT ASK FOR. HOW CAN I STOP THIS? I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID I COULD CHANGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, WHICH I REFUSE TO DO. ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
