United Bank [UBL] Online banking limit activation and new debit card

I compkained on 16 may.. Almost a month ago requedting for my new debit card... Andxrwquested that it be sent to mailing address. Helpmine informed me thatcit has been sent to the branch. Secondly 2 calls were made to activate my online bank8ng limit to 5 lacs... On 9th and 11th j7ne... No one called back as promised and my limit has still not been activated... I am not able to make online tranafers

It is pertinent to mentioned above subject that the Company CEO sold the property which is situated at 10 block, to Mr, Usman, Mr, Usman is Working in your UBL Okanawala Bangla branch.

After final deed of Property Mr, Usman Use Electricity from our Meter, And did not pay the Electricity Bill, Which is totally, unethical attitude, now the Mepco Office, Chichawatni pull off the Electricity Meter, due to Non payment of the Bill, Its totally non professional behavior.

I'm job seeker & I found few day before vacant relevant to me the department & they demand for Demand draft from any bank that the reason I went on March 6th, 2020 to UBL Sakrand-0823 branch for issuing demand draft but the man who is on his duty he denies to issuing the demand draft because I had no any account holder. I also went to Operational Manager is well and asked him is that necessary only account holder have right to request for demand draft he didn't responded later on when I investigated that there is no any rule for demand draft either you are account holder or not, only just need for CNIC copy along with original. This misguidance from your team caused my future in further dent.
It is humble request to you that kindly entertain my complain I really thankful to your. Thanks

United Bank [UBL] ATM Machine

Today morning i visit in kohat kacha paka UBL branch in ATM machine. I observed there noticed they hanged on machine is not working I asked the crew members they say it is long times almost is last three months it is not working and we don't no when they will recover that issues. As my request we are facing now for transaction so kindly fix that issue ASAP. I hope your team will take action ASAP. Thanks

United Bank [UBL] Non issuance of debit atm card last 45 days over

I, Mrs Najma Khatoon bearing CNIC No [protected] having UBL Account No PK75 UNIL [protected] state that a couple of month my ATM Debit Card was misplaced, so I request for a new issuance of ATM Debit Card in the mid of September 2019 on helpline number but still yet did not get responsible response from your helpline team in fact the helpline representative did not clear the actual picture. Several time I personally visited at your branch but still not find / get my ATM Debit Card till today. Furthermore, I also launched a complain on your helpline number regarding same issue and got Complain No [protected] by your helpline representative.It is further stated that being a Senior Citizen of Age 65 Years Old it is very difficult for me to continuously visit your branch or call at helpline.So in this regards kindly rectify my ATM Debit Card issue on urgent basis so that I can avail facility of ATM Debit Card.

United Bank [UBL] Excess debited amounts to my credit card statement

It is submitted that I have already intemate you that Ubl system is debiting excess amount of already adjusted LIP cash on phone to my credit card statement and also charge a late fee charges. The same may be be reversed to my bank account before the last date of my credit card bill, so that I could deposit the actual amount and It is also requested that the corrections may be made into system to avoid in future please

United Bank [UBL] Fraudulent transaction through bank's debit mastercard

Greetings,

I am a UBL customer and it has been three (3) days that I have been trying to lodge a complaint regarding fraudulent transaction done on 21st October 2019 in the evening through my UBL Debit Master Card while I was at home and card was with me in my wallet. The text message received on my registered mobile number says "Dear Customer, your UBL MasterCard *-9892 has been charged on 21-OCT-19 at 08:59:11 PM for RS 10, 499.00 at CAREEM NET. For info, call 111825888."

I called on UBL helpline 021 111 825 888 right after receiving the text and informed that I did not do the transaction and enquired about how it happened when the card is with me. Call Centre agent informed me to visit my UBL branch and lodge the complaint through complaint form.

The next morning (22nd Oct 2019) I visited my UBL Branch (Branch Code 0491, Gulshan-e-Zubaida branch North Nazimabad Karachi) where the Customer Relationship Office/Manager asked me to fill a form and submit it to the counter (attached herewith for reference). Whereas the Branch Manager simply told me that he couldn't do much about the incident and it is suggested to lodge the complaint through UBL Helpline 111825888.

However they did send an email to some concerned address(es) but I received a call from my UBL Branch yesterday 23rd Oct 2019 informing me that the email that was sent has been returned and they are asking for Merchant Copy of the transaction. The said transaction, I repeat, the said transaction was not done nor authorized by me and as I told earlier that I was at home with my UBL Master Debit Card in my wallet therefore having the merchant copy is out of question.

I request you to please look into this matter, escalate and put every possible effort to revert this fraudulent transaction and make necessary arrangements to protect from such incidents in future. Meanwhile, the Call Centre Agent has blocked my ATM card and internet banking upon my request.

Looking forward to your kind support and cooperation.

Ubl excess charged me as late fee charges and some other amount every month I complaint again and again but don't reversed my amount after launching the complaint, I request you to Ubl that please for God sake it's better to take money on gun point not in such a way. To all my overseas, and within a country brothers, do not take any Ubl debit or credit card otherwise you will also face such a problem like me.

I think Ubl is client roberer, they excess debited amount to their clients account without any reason, when client complaint again and again, they reversed few amount, and held some amount, and that who do not complaint they not reversed

United Bank [UBL] Excess debiting adjusted loan instalment

It is submitted that Ubl credit card department debiting excess amount of already adjusted amount of my lip cash on phone every month due to which I have to register complaint for reversal of the amount every month. Last month I have to wait for reversal the extra amount after that I have deposited my remaining dues on due date i.e 16 September 19. But credit card department charge me late fee. I think their is no check and balance against debiting amount to customer account. Because when I adjusted my loan cancellation charges are charged to me twice. I have complaint but still my case is not persuid. After two month I again remind it. I am too much conscious about your bank. I think that customer account are not safe. Reviewed my case and in future may be avoided please.

United Bank [UBL] Telephone not attended and out of order

Over the past several months even before the renovation of your Hamid Square Gulshan e Iqbal Karachi took place most of the branch phones are out of ordet. One phone of the manager is working but he too is mostly busy to attend the phone.
Last time i personally visited and complained to tge managet upon which he gave me his business card and wrote his cellphone number on it. But that too he did not attend yoday.
Please taje care of this lapse in aerbice or the matter will be brought to the notice of SBP and bankimg mohtasab.

your bank sends atm card without my request. card #[protected]. This happened second time. before this you send master card while i was using debit visa card already. for that card you charged from my account for two years without its activation. At the same time i was paying you for my debit visa card which was in use. This is not fear. you deceived me. Now this time you sent another visa classic debit card its is stated above. I don't want to use your atm card product any more. Make it stop, eliminate it from my account, don't charge for this card because i did not send any request for this card.

United Bank [UBL] horrible customer service - no response from customer. services@ubl.com.pk & supervisor. cc@ubl.com.pk

Its been almost a month since I first sent an email request to customer.services@ubl.com.pk on Monday, Aug 05 regarding the Exemption of Biometric Verification along with all the required documents as per the check list. After that I have sent several follow up emails including emails to supervisor.cc@ubl.com.pk but so far there is no progress on this issue which is a big disappointment and an example of a horrible customer service.

United Bank [UBL] Bank account blocked

My Account is blocked without any prior notification. Upon contacting them I have submitted all the required details and got no response. Account further communication they so called highlighted my email by a representative so my request can be fulfilled on urgent basis and got 3-4 days time. And now its more than a month and still there is nothing, I tried contacting them, even my IP is blocked by them. What a [censored] bank it is. How they are still surviving? What the hell is management doing? Can't they take the action?

My transaction date of home remittance is 29 July and still no payment from your UBL Nawan killi swabi branch1341 . your branch failed to pay as I visited several times.after I went to yar Hussain swabi branch 379 who refused to pay the remittance.
