The costume arrived, and the mask that came with the costume was defective. and i emailed them telling them the problem. they called me back, and gave me 2 options. to get a refund of 15.00, which they claim is the cost of the mask with shipping, or get a new mask. being that halloween was less than a week away, i just opted to get the refund. however, the costume looks ridiculous without the mask, and i can't wear the costume. i asked for the full refund of $70.60 and they refused.

    Why didn't you just take their offer of the replacement mask? This is a silly thing to post a complaint about. Sounds like you had the option to fix the situation at no cost to you but you told them you just wanted a $15.00 credit instead. I was thinking of purchasing here and checked their return policy and it looks just fine so I placed an order and it worked out great...arrived in 3 days for UPS ground to my door...and the costume was very good quality.

    Sounds like you ordered right before Halloween and their site clearly states they will do exchanges. Doesn't sound like there is any wrong doing...just a poor decision on your part. I would suggest that you stop blaming them for your decision.

    You said the mask was broken...did it break during shipping? Did you notify the shipping company? This site is for real complaints...not whinning.
