I ordered box from the company Uk TV Solutions.com. They delivered it on time, but it was damaged or broken, I have no idea, but it didn’t work. I contacted the customer services and they promised to send engineer in order to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the engineer didn’t arrive. Also they only gave me promises, but the box is still broken. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

We recently purchased the domain name uktvsolutions.com We registered it in December 2015. We are in no way associated in anyway with the previous owners of the domain.
However as the name suggests, we do provide all types of solutions to watch UK TV especially if you are abroad.
