promised refund for returned, unused, unopened item never received
This company is a scam fest!
Item ordered took three weeks to arrive, despite being promised delivery within one week. This meant it was no longer of any use to me as I had a deadline. Purchased replacement elsewhere and returned the unused, unopened item.
This sham company has since denied all knowledge and refuses to refund my money despite previously confirming via e-mail that they would refund the money.
Paypal were equally of no help

Please do not use this company. I returned incorrect item and then received no refund despite sending recorded post they claimed it was not there.
Had strange exchange of emails at all hours of the night from them talking nonsense. Gave up on refund and the tone of the emails was very unprofessional and sent messages back late weekends etc which made me think this was a one man or woman band with a scam. Now after doing some research as to who owns company have found the owner posting fake reviews as to how good they are!
Complete scam company and reported to trading standards. Please avoid using them.
lack of feedback and non-delivery
As previously commented by another reviewer.. Do not order anything from this website. I ordered a phone usb charger and for three weeks I had one reply to my query as to when the item would be delivered. No response.. I called them but the phone was never answered. The money was taken from my account as soon as I had ordered the item. The phone charger never arrived. Yesterday I emailed to enquiry where my order was and I would cancel if they could not give me further information. Amazingly they answered! Their answer: to be told the phone charger order has been cancelled by them and my money will be refunded to my credit card account. I hope they are true to their word which has been non existent so far.
Definitely something wrong with this company right now.

bad experience
I will never deal with UK-MobileStore ever again! Ordered a phone from this company and they've sent me the wrong order. I contacted customer service right away but they were not happy about that. They did admit they made a mistake but did not want to help.
After many emails they finally gave me a return label and I sent the wrong item back in order to get a full refund. They received the phone but refund was never issued.
Now I have to contact my bank to get some help!
Disgraceful company do not refund money.Avoid like the plague
This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with.The managing director having a conviction for selling fake goods doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
First of all they sent the wrong item.When I asked for a RMA they told me to just put return to sender on it.The post office wouldn't have that as it had been opened.
I received the correct item which then turned out to be faulty.After a couple of emails they finally sent the prepaid returns label.I returned both items the same day.
Since then they've ignored all my emails & not refunded my money.I've had to do a chargeback through my bank.
For future reference to others;if you have a visa card (credit or debit) your bank will do a chargeback.I thought it was just credit cards.
Disgusting attitude
Contacted customer services as headphones hadn't been received - coming up to a fortnight later - delivery service poor as interlink said they couldn't find address (though other delivery services could). Also they were given save place to leave parcel. Uk mobile store said they had contacted interlink lots of times - but we still weren't receiving delivery. I was then contacted by uk - mobile store after I had given them 1 * review on trust pilot. He did not like it when I said that ultimately their company was at fault as they should have acted more quickly to resolve it as I bought the headphones from them, the online retailer. He lost his temper and was racist and sexist in his abuse towards me using appalling swear words before slamming the phone down on me! Then had the cheek to send me emails saying he was going to take me to court and claim damages from me! Do not buy anthing from this company - truly shocking!
An amateur operation, with questionable motives, possibly fraudulent
I received the item 15-days after it was dispatched. I found the customer service very unhelpful to begin with, and the responses were written like a child's text message service, with abbreviations and slang. I was even was threatened to be taken to court by one of their customer services personnel Ahmed.
It is dubious that the UK-Mobile Store only has a mobile number as their main company address.
I have now had the item delivered, but have been threatened by the company. Looking on the internet forums for the last several years, there have been many serious complaints from people.

I placed an order of a pair of Beats by dr dre earphones a week ago, I was informed a day later that it was not available as it was out of stock. After that they guaranteed me that I would receive it next day delivery when they have a restock. I didn't get it. Afterwards I rang their contact number, they said they would ring me back for more info. Fortunetely I rang them at 4pm and they haven't even rang me back and it was closing at 8pm in 20 mins. So I rang. Then on the phone to them I was accused of being rude because I wasn't aloud to be angry and worried about my package. They hung up while I was in the middle of explaining and gave me a text saying I was un-mannered so he hung up on me. I have never thought customers services are that bad until now. This website is shockingly awful. I paid 45 pounds and I still haven't got my money back.
take money, send nothing - ever!
No chex rapidly debit your credit card for ficticious items this online scam store can never supply.
On asking for your money back after waiting months for goods, no chex issue this email:
Dear Customer,
Please note that Nochex is an e-money issuer. You requested that a payment was to be made from your card for e-money, and then this payment was forwarded on to the seller as per your instruction.
Nochex did this, just as you requested, and as such we cannot accept liability or fault for our part in the process.
We understand that you are not satisfied with your transaction, but we are not able to offer refunds without the seller passing the money back via our systems as we do not have access to 3rd party bank accounts.
We have been in contact with the merchant regarding your order and have requested that they resolve this matter within the next 48 hours by issuing you a full refund via the Nochex system

The "merchant" is now on holiday (according to website) and that's very convienient.
Looks very much like a one man band setup without the good track record to be able to have an account directly with any major debit or credit card company.
The gent who writes all UK Mobile phone stores good reviews is called Ahmed- ironically this is the name of the person others claim they have spoken to on thier mobile number-promised goods again and recieved nothing.
Shopmania shows a large number of people who have had money taken and nothing sent even though they have paid in some instances for recorded delivery on the website.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Didn't send the item I ordered, but used my credit card to fraudulently charged my card. Reported to police.
I purchased two telephone cases, but only one was sent out. Has ignored all emails. So I raised a case with Paypal. But as they has proof of post they won't assist. this seems to be a pattern of how they do business after looking the the reviews. Avoid at all cost . Dishonest seller !
Totally agree this guy or whoever is a scammer after 58 phone calls and 3 emails about my phone cover which I paid for 1st class delivery for after 3 weeks goods not arrived and no response back either.

Wow - was about to buy an iphone cable from this merchant but fortunately scanned some review sites first... the amount of one star reviews is quite something... and yet at the other end of the spectrum there are almost as many five star reviews all written in a similar style (suspect by the owner?) and all posted on the same dates... hmm, methinks will give this site a miss!
i ordered a blackberry replacement track-pad for my daughters phone on 11-9-13. Received E-mail next day confirming order and shipment details. Still waiting for item nearly 3wks later. It seems this website is a very professionalism operation set-up for fraudulent activity. And a simple lucrative way to make easy money by stealing from unsuspecting customers. Naively, i never considered customer REVIEWS before committing
to buy from this seller. Fortunately the item was only a few pounds: nevertheless, this is still theft and it should be challenged. i intend to use whatever means, to obtain my money back. ### like this should not be permitted to to run a business in this manner. I hope people read these Reviews and avoid this small piece of excrement in the future.
Uk mobile store is the best mobile phone company ever in the UK, i order Samsung galaxy s3 last week and it arrived 5 days as said b the salesperson
I too have ordered here (from Holland) and got the wrong item. He asked me to send back the wrong item which I did immediately, and I have not heard from him since. I paid and ordered over 2 months ago, and he doesn't respond to my numerous emails and complaint forms.
Bought a dead battery from this guy and left a negative review. An hour later he called my home yelling at me and demanding I take down the review. I hung up on him and he kept calling to insist I take down the review before ending the call swearing at me. Very hostile and rude. It should be illegal to use customer's private numbers to bully them into removing negative reviews. Nokia confirmed the battery was fake.
ordered an item from them as it said 'in stock' a few days later the item said 'only available for pre-order' I then messaged them but had no reply, after a week still no reply, 3 weeks later I raised a dispute with PayPal to then be told the item had been shipped, I received the item a month after I ordered it when it said it would only take up to 5 days. Rubbish service however the item was brand new and exactly as described.
Great service, with a knowledgable person on the end of the phone. He went out of his way to help me, and even told me what tools to buy to fit the part that I had purchased (I was replacing the keypad on a 9700)
I was going to buy the part from him and take the phone to my local repair shop - on advice from this site I got a £2 tool kit and did the job myself. I will use them again for sure. I even took the cheapest shipping option and it came the next day!
I must mention that the part was an original Blackberry part, and not a cheap chinese copy. I think i am going to buy a new surround and fit that now i know how easy it is to do.
