All documentation was completed and registration done with the aid of a consultant at the Paarl Office on 3 March 2017 Case Number [protected]. I phoned the Paarl Office several times to get clarity on progress being made with my UIF claim. Then I emailed Azisa Leitch on 06/06/2017 to report the lack of response concerning this matter. She then instructed ms Witbooi who in turn let ms Leitch know that she has sent the application for UIF to the Provincial Office for further attention. I emailed Azisa again on the 14 June 2017 for her urgent response since she was not answering her phone. That was the last communication effort.
