I can not believe they would choose to open up an account for someone let them deposit their money in this account then tell you, you have to spend hundreds of dollars to by a TRANSFER ACCESS CODE in order to use your money. TRANSFER ACCESS CODE. IT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEWLY
ACTIVATED ONLINE ACCOUNTS. WHEN YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT IS NEWLY ACTIVATED, YOU
WILL REQUIRE A TAC CODE IN OTHER TO MAKE TRANSFER IN AND OUT OF YOUR
ACCOUNT. YOU ONLY USE ONE TAC CODE FOR ALL YOUR ONLINE TRANSFRES.

FURTHERMORE, THE TAC CODE IS PROVIDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
DEPARTMENT. BEFORE YOU ARE GIVING THIS CODE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY
THE TAC CODE FEE. THE FEE IS CHARGED BASED ON THE CAPACITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Seems to me this should of been explained before they choose an account for someone.
