UAE Exchange Centremoney not get deposited in my account

Dear sir ..on 29 August I use UAE exchange service of parco hameem branch but after 15-16 working days money not get deposited in my account my contact number is+91-[protected]..below is provided details receipt which their executive provided me during money exchange...and their customer service also not responding...India customer service number also does not exist..
