Twin Pine's K-9s review: poor breeding standards

I purchased a Giant Schnauzer puppy approximately 6 years ago from Jackie. When she was 5, she was diagnosed with Pannus which is common among German Shepherds, which she also bred at the time. Along with the Pannus, which is believed to be auto immune related, she had a genetic disorder causing retinal degeneration. She was blind within a year. At 6, we opted for a dual enucleation to prevent future infections and pain that could be caused from these ailments. I fully believe these issues are a direct result of poor breeding practices. There was another dog from the same litter that was a carrier for staph infections, which is highly contagious to humans. Unfortunately this dog had to be surrendered to a family with no children who were better able to care for it. If these two had so many ailments, I can only imagine there are others out there who are struggling with issues as such from dogs bred at Twin Pine's K-9s.

I still love my baby with all my heart and will do whatever it takes to make her life worthwhile, but I would love to see this breeder shut down for her negligence. Nothing this company does can ever make up for how cruel they are in the breeding of these innocent animals.
