Tutoroo.com review: Paid for lessons, no tutor available and no refund

I have paid for two lessonson their website and never heard back from the Tutor or Tutoroo, after attempting to get in touch with them several times.
I have demanded a Full refund of $120 and not heard back from them for several days.
Seems to be a total scam business.
Stillafter nearly a week no sign of a refund or even answering my calls.
This Business is a scam and should be proscecuted.
