The boss doesn't repair or solve problems with cracked floors and drainage
The company Turtle Creek Subdivision LLC Paul Benton CBC, LLC Clay Guiterrrez has real problems and they didn’t want to help their customers to solve them. This company serves every house in my district. But there were problems with cracked floors and drainage almost in all houses. These people know about these problems and they give us promises and try to assure us that they have trying to repair everything. But we don’t trust them. You shouldn’t either.
The house is dangerous condition
I have bought a house from Turtle Creek Subdivision LLC. After I moved into this house, my life became terrible. I complained about the defects and that the house needed a repair, but the management only fake fake promises. I am shocked, because the house is almost falling apart and they need to fix it as soon as possible. I feel terrible and completely destroyed, but I need to persuade them that the problem is very serious.
I also purchased a "home" from Turtle Creek Subdivision.LLC. There were several major problems at the time I closed. I closed with out a final inspection because the manager, Kate Solomne, assured me that everything had been repaired. Turned out that she had lied to me. The next day I began my campaign to get Clay Gutierrez to fix the problems. Three years later they still have not complied. Turns out that Kate is Clays girlfriend and has lied to the homeowners as often as Clay. I asked Paul Benton, the developer, to honor the warranty but it turns out he was made out of the same mold as Kate and Clay. Another homeowner started a Facebook complaints page with all of the complaints here at Turtle Creek. This had little effect to get justice. WLOX TV was notified of the problem here but because Paul Benton and Clay Gutierrez were large advertisers, they looked the other way. AJ Giardina came to my house and commented that "everything can be repaired" that I showed him. I already knew that. The problem was getting the sellers of the homes to honor their word. We have tried to file a "class action" against the sellers, however a local attorney, Rusty, told me that Paul Benton is a friend of his since he is a 30 year attorney here in Harrison County. Now Elliott Homes LLC dba Cottage Homes LLC has begun construction of houses that are not similar to the concrete homes already here. They promise to form a homeowners association that Paul Benton has never allowed. We wii have to see if that has any effect on the scores of homeowners here that have been ripped off.
