This is my favorite flavor and favorite brand. However my recent purchase this past week was disappointing. It tasted grainy like there was fine sand in it. I don't know how else to explain it. The info on the bottom was:

Today, August 22nd, I purchased a container Turkey Hill All Natural homemade vanilla ice cream and when I opened the container there was a bug inside. You can see from the attached picture that the bug was enclosed inside the ice cream and not even just laying on the top. I have to throw away the ice cream, since I was unsure what else was inside the container.

Store manager in the morning is very rude and shouldnt have a job working with people. I went in for a pack of cigs and she slammed them down on the counter and with an attitude says $5.75. She leaves employees by themselves during rushes and gives attitude when has to help. I frequent this turkey hill often on my way to work and finally had to say something.

I started working there July 30th a 2019 I wasn't even there for a full week I was not trained properly and they wanted to put me on a 9 to 5 shift by myself with no help so I recently just quit the people who work there are either on meth methadone or pills this place is disgusting not very well organized the management half the time does not know what they are doing the manager says she's always on vacation when I already caught her working the co-workers have to get a hold of each other to find out what's going on because the manager will not reply 4 people have already quit this week because of being bullied or other things two people quit and went to come back into the store to buy items and the manager of the Kooks I'd told them to leave that they're not allowed back there because they quit and that she is going to call the cops which I do not think is acceptable I will never work for Turkey Hill again and I hope this does not give me a bad review on getting another job

It's now going on about 7 months that the rewards card has been unavailable to use.. Corrpet has no answer on when it would be back.. I have over 500 points on my card but I still pay full price on gas.. this is a scam!

The knaurs turkey hill is a disgrace, three separate occasions in the past month I've stood in lines while three separate employees either were chit chatting with other customers/employees or just plain not doing anything. All three times I left in disgust without purchasing what I came for, some serious retraining needs to be done before I would ever consider setting foot in this store

After filling up I went into the store to get a fountain drink since they were $0.99. I got a small size (not sure of the oz, but less that 32oz). At checkout the clerk said the $0.99 price was only for the 32 oz size, I stated that a small was more? Not $0.99 like the sign said? She said no only the 32oz were $0.99. I know the signs said 32oz or less were $0.99. I paid $1.38 w/tax. I'm not concerned about the money. Just that your clerks should know their products. It was 8:30pm 6/30/19 at the 2731 Winchester puke location. The female clerk that was working.

Just about every time I go to purchase something, the cashier is texting or typing on their cell. I enter my credit card in the machine, and I am waiting for them to hit a button on the register. It sometime is a good minute, until they realize they have to hit the button to move alone the checkout process. As soon as they hit that button, their nose is back on their cell, and a have to accept the transaction. It takes a lot longer to checkout, because they are more interested in their cell phone, and working.
This was at the Pierce St, Kingston location with the most recent incident. I think the managers should keep an eye out for this and things would move along a lot easier.

I have been going to the turkey hill at routes 625 and 568 in brecknock township for twenty five yeas and have never been treated as I was about 2:30 today, june 25th. I went to get gas. I put in my credit card which was accepted then the screen told me to choose my grade and begin pumping, which I did. However the pump would not work and the screen told me to go inside to see the cashier, which I did. Wow, rude does not begin to describe how I was treated. I said to the woman behind the counter "can u tell me y I can not get gas on pump #3". She was looking at some clipboard, it took her a few minutes to put it down and even look at my face and she said "how much do you want" and I said "idk, I want to fill it". She said "you have to prepay unless you have a credit card". I proceeded to tell her I did use a credit card but the pump would not work. She then made a big sigh like I was ruining her day and in the rudest voice said "I don't know, I have to check". I then said to her "why are you people always so rude in here" (this is not the first time a cashier in this store has been rude to me or other people I know, they have progressively gotten ruder over the last 6 months). She then yelled and I mean yelled at me "I spoke nice to you, as she pointed her finger to me and again yelled to me get out of my store now." no problem, I will never return and that rude cashier needs to be fired. Like I said, this is not the first time one of your cashiers in this store has been rude to me or others I know... Nor is it the first time someone took their time with their clipboards to help a customer. But pointing a finger at me and screaming at me was uncalled for.

As a long time customer & promoter of turkey hill ice cream, it sickens me to have to inform you of the shame I feel in promoting your product.I am a long time customer as well as a grocery employee .Only on a rare occasion have I been known, due to lack of supply, indulge reluctantly in a different brand product.
While on the job I noticed your pistachio almond ice cream.I looked so forward to enjoying it & purchased it after work. During my ride home I anxiously anticipated my treat knowing it would be well worth the wait.I washed up taking my first bite...in horror literally, I was absolutely disgusted.I curiously read the ingredients..

its pretty bad when the caution on your product package indicated (CAUTION MAY CONTAIN SMALL NUTSHELLS SINCE WE USE REAL NUTS) ...HAHAHAHA

On June 8, 2019 at the Turkey Hill # 007 the rude daytime older male cashier knowingly charged us twice; he did NOT give us a receipt and when we got home and checked our bank card transactions we found out WHY he did NOT give us a receipt !

This was at 09:59 on June 8, 2019 at Turkey Hill # 007 harrisburg pike, lancaster pa

We want our stolen $7.00 back !
