Turkey Hill Dairy

This morning I walked into Turkey hill in Tamaqua pa as I do most mornings I get a coffee and hot chocolate she rang it up and it was a different price so I asked her how much they were and did they go up. She was on her phone with ear buds in her ear she was very rude and acting like I was bothering her and I never found out the answer to my question and I know she over charged me. That's not the first time and that lady is very rude if she doesn't like her job why doesn't she just quit.

Monday February 26 around 9:30 a.m

My boyfriend gets a coffee every morning before work. Last week he got to work and the lid popped off and coffee spilled all over floor at work. Today he wasnt as fortunate. The lid popped off while sitting in driver's seat and caused a bad burn/scald on his upper thigh. He went in and complained to the girl working and she said to contact the corporate office. Thank god he wasnt driving when this happened. Would have resulted in something much worse.Sending pictures. I hope this problem is rectified soon. Compensation would be nice also.

There is a sign hanging in the soda coolers that says 2 - 20 oz bottles for $3.33 for the pepsi - coca cola - 7 up families - mix and match. On that sign is a picture of a regular coke, diet coke, 7 up and pepsi - so unless you buy those 4 particular items - they wouldn't honor the $3.33 for 2. I purchased a 20 oz diet coke and a 20 oz coke zero - she said the coke zero isn't on the picture so she took the discount off. Turkey Hill just lost a customer. I actually loved this employee - she was always so nice to me - but today she acted like I was an idiot and couldn't read. If you hang a sign - and also put a banner on every shelf with that written then you damn well should not only honor it but also not removed the discount when it rings up. I will never darken the doorstep of a turkey hill again.
