Tummy tuck beltAfter cancelation still charging

I have bought the tummy tuck belt last year in September. In March I canceled by email, it did not work, the next month they were charging in my credit card. So I called on April 26th, they gave a protocol number of the cancellation, but they are still charging me on my card..I want my money back...horrible company with horrible attendants
