There is a charge in my account. Don't know what its for. Did not make any purcchase as far as I know. Charge is for Jan 10. Not me. Was in bed all day sick. Either take care of this or I will demand a charge back

I was checking out out the Tumblecat site and ordered by mistake the face serum Bereine. I just wanted to know what the cost was and I made the purchase before I knew what I had done. I have not received the product. Of course It was to good to be true! Here is the info I know. Order #PKI77489 -and #SYUS005015670. In the amount of $37.94. Please help me get a refund.

I made a purchase on Facebook. I was told it was shipped by Sunyou shipping. It was supposed delivered on May 29, 2021, at 2:31 p3m, which it was not. I have been unable to contact the shipper, have been told to check with the post office which I did and they cannot track because it is not their tracking numbers. When I go to Tumble Cats, their site is temporarily closed.
Desired outcome: like to have a refund since I can't get product.

Order this hair remover machine came brokwrna nd missing pieces. I emailed the people to send me another one or my money back but they have not done that and requested I send a video of it not working. I sent the video several times to the same email they have responded to and they get me messages but are lying and saying they don't see anything wrong because they can't receive my video. Liars! They just want to steal from me and anyone else they send their product to. Terrible way to do business.
