Tru Marketing Enterprise review: Unfulfilled Contract 6

I entered into a $995 contractual agreement with Tru Marketing in April 2011. I have left numerous messages to my representative Tara West & even on the President, Tracey Plechas [protected]), personal cell phone, with no response. I requested proof that my timeshare property had been advertised as agreed upon in the contract, as well as proof of previous property rental/property sale contracts the company had entered and the percent of sales average from those contracts. I spoke with the President one morning (caught her off-guard & she answered her cell) and she assured me that my representative would contact me within an hour, but it was an empty promise. Conveniently, Tara West's cell phone number has been changed since I entered into this contract just 6 months ago (I'm sure it's due to the overwhelming number of unhappy phone calls). This company is excellent at appearing to be a legitimate company with your satisfaction as it's main goal, but it's just a scam.

I am sad to hear that you also fell on this scam. I was contacted by Eduardo Palacios and Pedro Castillo in October 2011. They claimed to have ready renters for my timeshare and pushed me to pay their fee in advance in order to close the contract with the "renters". They were able to contact me at home, at work, to my mobile and by email over five times a day, and for over a week until I agreed to sign their contract. Now that I have been trying to contact them back to know what happened with those supposed renters no one has ever picked up the phone, and no one has contacted me back. I have over 5 different phone numbers of that company and all I have got is answering machines, no matter the day or time I have called. I already filed a complaint against this company and I advise you to do the same. And to anyone contacted by this company, please DO NOT TRUST THEM, THIS IS A REAL SCAM!
