Trinity LendingScam

Company Trinity Lending and I feel that I was a victim of a bait and switch mortgage. First of all Trinity Lending represented

Themselves as a company of GMAC Mortgage which was my mortgage company at the time and the offered a refinance that

Would lower my monthly payment by $1000.00 per month. This was in December of 2006. I went through the procedures and

They sent a courier with the documents to sign on December 23rd. But the documents were not what I agreed too. Trinity had

Put a $265.00 escrow account for property taxes in the monthly payment. But I had already paid my property taxes through

April of 2007. Next there was a matter of $2800.00 in the closing figures that was suppose to go to the lender (Homewide Mortgage)

Company so they could reduce the principal balance of the loan and there was no payment made to Homewide. I called Trinity about

The $2800.00 and spoke with a loan officer named Josh Martinez and he stated that the check was lost and Homewide never received it

And it would be reissued. Third thing was the fact that Trinity Lending never told me that the type of mortgage we signed for was a negative

Am. And our principal balance you go up monthly effecting our equity each year. I called Homewide and tried to get them to cancel the escrow

Account and waive the 3 year pre payment penalty they put on the loan but the refused to do so. After I explained to them that none of these

Items were discussed or told to my wife and I until the show up in the documents at the time we closed. I need some help with I can contact

To (1) get me out of this mortgage, (2) who I can talk to about the type of business practices that Trinity Lending dose. (3) Any legal action I can

Trinity lending was owned and operated by a snake. Even after Trinity closed, Jamison Robert Albrecht left the bank account open to deposit checks by individuals at the company he worked post Trinity. - towncenter escrow which also went out of business which then he was hired by first American where he got fired for a fraudulent resume showing lies about a college degree and now sells houses
